The app is getting worse
The main reason that I stay with Hilton is for the digital check in process on the app. I use to be able to pick my room and get a digital key. That streamlined my hotel stay. All of that is gone now. So to me, it takes the advantage of staying with Hilton away. You have become just another hotel option.
