Hilton App Is User-Friendly
I like using the Hilton app because it is user-friendly and I find it to not be complicated for someone like myself who is not technically savvy.
Awful update
What an earth have you done to this app!? Have the UI team been smoking something illegal? It’s virtually impossible to use since the update today and incredibly stupid that all date formats are now in US format rather than the format used in the majority of the world. NO global/Enterprise app should EVER have dates presented as mm/dd/yyyy by default.
I’ve now also found it’s impossible to change the currency when researching hotels to make a booking. WHY would I ever want the price to be displayed in the local currency of the hotel rather than something meaningful like my home currency. Hilton, you are gradually losing me 😢

American based app
Booked a stay in England and was encouraged to download app when attempting to sign I was given 3 options for location all uni the USA so am unable to sign in, who knows maybe the app is good
Easy Booking
It’s so easy and convenient to book through the Hilton app.
Great App
I love that it allows you to actually pick your own room and shows available upgrades. Also with the digital check in, I don’t have to check in with the front desk because they send a digital key. Especially helpful as my flight is coming in late and I can go straight to my room. Awesome feature Hilton!

Constant error message
Completely unusable. Every few seconds this annoying error message pops up: That was unexpected. Sorry for the interruption. Let’s try that again.

Buggiest piece of junk app
App rarely works correctly. Constantly prompting me that “Unexpected Error has occurred” and can’t be used for booking. Most the cities I search for the app says there are no hotels in that region. Not unavailable. They don’t exist. But hey! Do you want to book again at the hotel you stayed at last year? Oh yes! There is a Hilton there! Unexpected error. Booking cannot be completed.

Great experience
I have nothing but a great experience. The App is very user friendly and I have no trouble at all keeping up with everything. The times I have had to call the service line I have had wonderful customer service and always have been treated kind and professional by the staff members.

Reservation dates change
I’ve had this happen a few times booking rooms. I have a date picked, something happens and the reservation gets made for the same day that I am doing the booking. Ridiculous

App is good but needs to have an option to show price in USD and also option show price including fees and taxes like the bonvoy app

I’m a very well pleased Hilton customer. I travel a lot for work, and have to use a few different chains here and there. Hilton is the only one I haven’t had issues with. Hilton is always my first choice.
Treated Like A Valued Customer
H2S Temple has a great staff. I stay there frequently, and without fail, they always greet me by name. But that started with my first visit! I always have a great experience when traveling. I have also stayed at a H2S in Lubbock, Midland, and San Antonio at the Rim. Anyone traveling with me receive the same experience. Highly highly highly recommend! Actually, this chain is a 10 out of five!
