Complete Rip-off
Much cheaper to book rooms online versus this app. Noticed app raises prices if you inquire multiple times about same property for same day booking. Saved 25% by opening my PC and booking through Expedia,

We have enjoyed all the Quality Inn we have stayed at.
They were great until…
As of 3 months ago I can’t book anything on the application. I used to be able to find the hotel and room I needed and book it immediately, now their server says it’s down when you are on the last step of booking it. So now you have to call and book it and they take literally 15 minutes. Please fix this app before you lose a customer that has been with you since 2017.

Poorly Executed
1) I have to login again every time I open the app. Learn from your competitors. 2) Copy/paste is disabled on the login page so my password manager won’t work. You’ve outsmarted yourselves here as this is bad UI design. Again, learn from the apps of the better hotel chains.
Missing points and stays
Every since the first of the year it’s been nothing but a hassle I have to call them to get my points I am a titanium member I stay in hotels every week for work and I have to call them every time to get my points and I am losing bonus points as well I have tried getting this fixed multiple times and they still haven’t fixed it
