Terrible User Experience
App does not access standard credit card or address autocomplete. Even password autocomplete requires fiddling to access. It’s like the developer never met an app before.
Bad!
Used to use the app to log in and book my hotel for business trips, but as of the beginning of this year, it doesn't work. Can't log in, just goes back to the login screen. Can't even log into the website from a browser. It just tells me an error occurred. Customer service or app IT don't have a clue. After 6 months of trying to get the issue fixed, I gave up. I have points, but you've lost my business.

Used to be great
Faster and easier sign in in exchange for the ability to pull up my past stays is a garbage trade off. For the last 4+ years I’ve been able to view my past stays and forward my invoices to my company. After this last update NONE of my past stays are shown, and my stays since the update don’t show up either. I travel for my job, and pretty much live in the choice chain. This needs to be fixed asap

Extra Charges
Travel for work 150+days a year - unfortunately had to stay in a nowhere town. Unable to modify my stay on the app - I spoke with front desk staff for 3 days in a row requesting to checkout a day early. All of the staff looked at me like I was trying to rob a bank and they had no idea how to modify a reservation ? I was charged for the night I did not occupy the room, will never stay with comfort again. Literally any other chain hotels will let you modify with ease, and no charges.

The past stays are not showing up all my history is not showing ip now. I work field service with five other guys and they all have the same problem. Not able to access the recites. Was working good until you upgraded the version

Fix the app!! I can’t see the previous nights I stay in hotels and I can’t even get the bill for my company . It’s annoying

Company was in a data breach and did not notify me
Don’t trust booking
Booked a room through this app and hotel canceled the reservation. I was not notified until I arrived at the hotel and was unable to find another hotel for the night. Even the choice hotel worker told me you can’t always trust the app

Horrible
I’ve been a member with Choice privileges for many years and wasn’t traveling for a year or two, but I’m back to doing so now for business and recently went through some very disappointing transactions with choice privileges. They used to be great. They took care of their. Choice’s members but Now? They definitely don’t do my suggestion to you all. Do not join find somewhere else because this is the worst and used to be the best.

Faulty Programming
Locked out of my own Choice account for over 6 months and they still can’t fix it! Pathetic customer service.
Login Issues
The app isn’t working, it’s not allowing me to sign in, it’s not even allowing me to change my password. When I put in my credentials it tells me that the information doesn’t match their records when I literally get emails from you.

I have been trying for a week to be able to login and I finally noticed this last update was released a week ago. Please fix! I can’t use my account.

I’ve been using the app to gain points and get a better price for 3+yrs.
And I currently have 200,000 points.
What I’ve found is that
Prices are decent.
Points are good.
The biggest issue is that depending where you go, even as a Diamond member, management is harder to get the complimentary upgrades. I’ve fought w over 50 hotels about it.
That’s not choice. It’s management but I rarely have that issue with Wyndham.
It’s my 2nd option. 1st: Wyndham.
Then IGH.
The app is “glitchy”
It tends to open a different location than the one I picked.
And I currently have 200,000 points.
