Depuis quelques semaines, je reçois un message d'erreur lorsque je tente de me connecter sur l'application choice hotels. Je l'ai effacé et réinstallé et ça me

I’ve been a member with Choice privileges for many years and wasn’t traveling for a year or two, but I’m back to doing so now for business and recently went through some very disappointing transactions with choice privileges. They used to be great. They took care of their. Choice’s members but Now? They definitely don’t do my suggestion to you all. Do not join find somewhere else because this is the worst and used to be the best.

Faulty Programming
Locked out of my own Choice account for over 6 months and they still can’t fix it! Pathetic customer service.
Login Issues
The app isn’t working, it’s not allowing me to sign in, it’s not even allowing me to change my password. When I put in my credentials it tells me that the information doesn’t match their records when I literally get emails from you.

I have been trying for a week to be able to login and I finally noticed this last update was released a week ago. Please fix! I can’t use my account.

I’ve been using the app to gain points and get a better price for 3+yrs.
And I currently have 200,000 points.
What I’ve found is that
Prices are decent.
Points are good.
The biggest issue is that depending where you go, even as a Diamond member, management is harder to get the complimentary upgrades. I’ve fought w over 50 hotels about it.
That’s not choice. It’s management but I rarely have that issue with Wyndham.
It’s my 2nd option. 1st: Wyndham.
Then IGH.
The app is “glitchy”
It tends to open a different location than the one I picked.
And I currently have 200,000 points.

Si c’est tout le respect qu’offre Choice Hotels à sa clientèle francophone, c’est déplorable. Je vais aller dans une autre chaîne.
Colonial hotel Frisco, TX
Our stay was a complete disaster. The hotel was under construction, so we had no access to the pool or the store, and at one point, the elevator got stuck with us inside. The power kept going out, causing the elevator to stop again, which forced us to take the stairs.
They placed everyone on the fourth floor in small rooms that looked nothing like the pictures we had seen. We had to keep going to the lady at the side door for ice because there was no ice machine available. The hotel had so many hazards that it should not have been operating.
I couldn't get a refund, so I felt stuck with my reservation. The women working there were nice, but one of the men was quite rude. When we requested more toilet paper and new towels after only having two rolls for a four-day stay, he became upset and asked when we were leaving.
Additionally, the gym was only open for one day before it was shut down. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

You need a no pets selection in the filter . My wife is allergic to cats and dogs .
Stay away from these people
I have been a loyal Choice member. I have stayed in some terrible hotels and this time was the worst! I can’t believe this company will represent some of these terrible hotels! Then I didn’t realize I had booked through a third party app. When I tried to correct it and book with my choice the third party app was charging me $100 for cancelling. So I called my choice to try and fix this and get my points for my 8 night stay! They refused!!!! Well between my awful hotel stay and the terrible customer service I just received they have lost a loyal member unless they make this right! But they won’t

Pay the extra money everyone and stay with bestwestern or Hilton rewards. Atleast they treat their members with respect

Great App, Easy To Use!
Easy to navigate but lately, the map is a bit wonky… when I ask for New Jersey Shore options it sends me to Indiana! 🏀 but generally, I’ve had really great experience with it!

Cannot change anything…not even Passwords
Reservation details not shown
Unfortunately, this app does not show all the reservation details. It list when and where, but not what kind of room you booked. For that detail you need to refer to the email with the reservation confirmation. This is certainly an oversight of the app.
Never Works
This is quite possibly the worst app on the market. There’s always errors and it’s impossible to sign in. Can’t reset anything because it says ERROR, CANT CONNECT, BLAH BLAH. Choice is losing a decent amount of money because I can’t book anything.
