Motel does NOT honor arrangements made on app

For the 2nd time, payment arrangements made through the app were denied by the motel 6 desk upon arrival. I made a reservation, providing my credit card information to pay for a family member’s stay at the motel. This policy was not honored by the motel at check in. Also, breakfast is supposed to be provided and that turned out to be untrue at this location.
