The “find you motel” button does almost nothing. 1 search in 10 plus tries worked and not even right, only when I went back to hole page did my search show up in recent
Motel does NOT honor arrangements made on app
For the 2nd time, payment arrangements made through the app were denied by the motel 6 desk upon arrival. I made a reservation, providing my credit card information to pay for a family member’s stay at the motel. This policy was not honored by the motel at check in. Also, breakfast is supposed to be provided and that turned out to be untrue at this location.

We always stay here when in town for work. Perfect place no perks, bring your items from home that you require. So many places to eat on Beltline. Dog friendly which is a major plus for us. The grounds are awesome and kept clean. The staff is really great and we look forward to visiting again.
Review
Rooms are clean with no bug’s. Staff leaves you alone which is a good thing. I did have one staff member try to scam me, but I don’t see him around here lately. Manager, and lady at desk seem nice.

On 06/22/2026 I was going to purchase at Motel 6 North in York PA which I never had a problem before so I went through a booking online app to book the room and reservation which I cancelled because I wanted to pay for my stay straight off so I cancelled the reservation within ten minutes the booking app said no charge it’s free now this where I have a problem with Motel 6 as soon as I cancelled Motel 6 charged me $81 dollars I have not been reimbursed for my money!! I never stayed at the hotel at all and my bank statement has Motel 6 taking the money out my account I want my money💯💯💯💯💯💯

Bugs..
Made a reservation through the app while logged in and the app doesn’t show the reservation until I put in the reservation number. Also can’t change birthdate, it shows the current day and you can’t even change that.

Just downloaded the app and if I try to search by city’s it’s just blank. Nothing happens and no errors. All settings are correct.
