Virtual Assistant Keeps Going in Circles
I tried to report a delivery issue through the UPS app, but the Virtual Assistant repeatedly sent me back to the same menu. Even after selecting “Live agent,” I was not connected to a representative and had to keep restarting the process. Eventually I was only able to request a callback. The app should make it much easier to reach customer service when there is a genuine delivery problem.

Changing delivery time not working
Tried to change delivery time. Not only was I charged an extra $15, but the system kept erroring out. No option to do a manual pickup at a distribution site.

UPS does a poor job. The app is terrible. Their customer service is terrible. The delivery experience is terrible.

Your new way of trying to make money is kind of ridiculous. You set dates for delivery and then you change them. Then you want me to pay to change the dates again. So you can change the date again. Charge me again. starting to feel like a scam.

Chucked the boxes over the fence
Driver went down neighbors driveway and literally chucked the boxes over the fence into my backyard. I watched from my upper deck after the noise brought me out as he took the delivery photo 6 times to make it fuzzy enough to hide hie poor job. Lazy as one can get.
