Better tracking updates
It would be a great idea to have a better tracking system
Package Delivery
My package was delivered in a timely manner, the issue I have is that the package was small. It weighed less than a pound. It’s was not labeled as fragile. It could have easily been placed inside the fence. It was left outside the fence in a rural area that has had mail theft and delivery thefts in the past the same as any other delivery locations that any delivery company delivers to. It would not have taken any extra time or effort on the drivers part to place the package inside the fence.

Too many fees
UPS already charges the sender for shipping costs, why the hell do I have to pay a fee to change the delivery date or have it held at the shipping location. You can keep sending a driver out and wasting your gas, but it would be cheaper if you would let me have you hold it at YOUR facility so I can pick it up. This whole subscription model is getting out of hand.

Profile Requirement should NOT be necessary
We should be able to track our delivery without creating a detailed login profile

Waste of my time
Can’t keep consistent stories, have odd reasons for misdelivery, no reimbursement of costs incurred due to their neglect, will not work with customer for reasonable solutions.
How does an order to a delivery box?
Useless UPS service on the app. Told that UPS were waiting for a security code to deliver and then that the delivery had failed. Absolutely abysmal service. UPS then want more money to pay for a new address or some other options that aren’t free. Utterly terrible from a massive brand. Rather have had Evri deliver it… at least it would have actually arrived!

Cannot follow truck
If try from web doesn’t allow guest to follow using tracking#. In app no option to see truck locale.
Frustrating useless
Some times the app works great other times it doesn’t work. Tried to redirect a VERY expensive package to ups store. Won’t let me , called ups 7 times. Told me they would never leave the package at my door step. And then they happily left it after 7 days calling them.

UPS had the worst service…they used to be the gold standard but now they give you their previous good delivery commitment but they just push your delivery date back more and more and more and more and more…

Rescheduled for tomorrow, but the medicine may be useless and ruined
Hard to sign up for PROFILE
I tried several times to get signed up for profile but never got it done and no luck. Couldn’t find any number for help. Would be nice to be able to sign up!!!!!!!!!

Highly Disconnected
This app is bizarre. When there is a package scheduled for delivery, I have notifications set up and I receive them. If I click on one, however, the app opens up and has no idea there are any packages on the way. I have to manually do a search if I have the tracking number. So strange. How does the app alert me yet have no idea once I open it.
