Outrageous fees
If you live in Canada, just don’t bother. Unless you want to pay hundreds in additional fees you aren’t told about until it’s 90% of the way here!
Horrendous delivery
A lot of problems with my delivery and today the information in the UPS tracking system, my package appears as damaged. Days before the system said that the address was incorrect but it wasn’t true because the address was correct. What happened really with my delivery?.

I’ve ordered two packages in the last month and did next day shipping & the company does their part but both times you have delayed my package. I have a wedding to attend tomorrow and have NOTHING to wear now due to your delays. Awful service
Waiting and waiting
Been waiting 10 days for a delivery that should have been 3 for them to say the address is incorrect but you cannot put your address in if it’s more than 35 letters. They didn’t think to call me or ask on the email they send. Really poor service
Superb delivery service!
I am always thrilled when I see that UPS is handling my delivery! They are so dependable and conscientious. I know my packages will be delivered where they are supposed to be and placed on my porch out of the elements! Thank you, UPS!

Entered tracking number, says no information available. Tried to log into my account, says the system used to process my request is unavailable. App loads slow. Even the tracking numbers that say view more details do not let me see any extra details other than the tracking number, even though it says out for delivery

Poor Service
UPS have claimed they attempted delivery x2 whilst someone was at home & no evidence my end. Next day parcel delayed sitting back at a UPS facility in Croydon when I’m 45 -60 mins away. Very poor when paid for rapid delivery. Will report to Seller.
Missing Delivery Expectations
It has become apparent that UPS is starting to have consistent issues with missing the expected delivery dates and times. I had one order that was delayed due to them miss sorting it and it traveled the US. It went from MS to Las Vegas, Colorado, Utah, New York, Illinois then back to MS. Can not follow simple instructions
Cannot follow simple instructions a belated multiple and it was unable to deliver my most recent package and now because of it the company wants to charge me a another $50 to make my purchase when I made my purchase weeks ago and since it was not delivered on time they no longer have that feature. And will not make the accommodations for the mishaps and want to charge me more just to get the same service.

Slowest package
Why does a package that was shipped on 8/7 2nd day air take until 8/10 between 3:00 & 8:00PM to arrive. Actually the label was made on 8/6 and it arrived at Ontario, CA from Las Vegas, NV on 8/7. Toledo, OH is the final destination. Slow,slow,slow,slow

Poor service
Unable to find my address, system can’t find my address. Despite providing my number nobody called to say it was at my address. Probably didn’t bother to deliver it and thought it easier to dump it at UPS site.

Awful delivery experience
Paid extra to get parcel delivered in time for holiday. Parcel delayed so had to fly without it. Our friends could not collect it for us because no qr code or barcode was sent by email to me.

My package says it was delivered around 2 pm and it was not and around 9 pm someone came to my house says it was delivered to a business that went out of business how do you deliver to a business and it was for a trailer clearly has a trailer number
