Worst delivery company ever.
Fedx driver too lazy to ring the doorbell.
I was home and saw the Fedx truck stop and he delivered some stuff from Amazon and left a door tag and never rang the doorbell so I didn’t know I had to sign for anything. I didn’t get the item I was expecting today.
Lost my package and would even speak with me to resolve
Want a customer support was on there for an hour with AI and then once I got to a real human, I was on there for another hour cause I had no idea what was going on. I got transferred like three times only to be told to file they lost my package they sent it to Kentucky. It was supposed to go to California. I don’t know what happened and they are making my life hell because they messed up if you end up having any problems with this company, you have a better chance of Jesus coming down back from the dead to come then this company helping you cause they will not they will not help even if they mess it up why is my package that’s suppose to be in CALIFORNIA IN KENTUCKY

The app is never accurate especially with the map. It shows the driver in the same location all the time. If you go to your account, it says no deliveries. I have 2 today. I get a text with a link that brings you nowhere. It’s basically useless. I will be deleting

I like that I can track my packages without having to go onto the website. I also like that I can see in real time how close they are getting when they are out for delivery with my package and getting close to my delivery window.

There has been an issue with app notifications for months. They are NEVER sent. Will there ever be a fix?

Use to be good
App used to use Face ID to log in automatically. Now I have to press login at the top every time I open the app to activate the Face ID login. Load time is also significantly slower now too.
Can’t print and pay
You guys have the best locations in the all us and don’t use your opportunities. Why I can’t send in app a files, pay and pickup in the location, or pay for delivery?
Not great
Could majorly improve the UI UX and give better options. It’s always such a pain receiving a package to an apartment complex when a signature is required because the drivers don’t call and they don’t follow instructions you give them in the app they just take a picture and leave. I always wait at home the day of delivery and they just don’t show up and I waste days then have to pick it up myself far away from my address

I don’t know how these guys are still in business. It seems like everything is delayed. The app takes forever to do anything, and needing to re-log in far too often.
Takes you in circles
This app takes you in circles, fedex at the same location keeps “losing “ my packages at the same location for the past 6 years, especially when their expensive, I’ve filed police reports and obviously nothing is being done about it, and trying to file a complaint on the app, the assistant gives me a link online, and online says use the app, what a joke, must be bots rating this app.

Why is this so hard and you can’t see this on either the phone app or the website without the account number of the business, I bought it from which I obviously don’t have?
Delivered
I cannot believe the person that delivered my package. It is not gated! They left it at the end of my driveway it is suppose to rain. I luckily saw a light as it is close to 9pm or it would have been out there all night. I have issues walking and it’s a ways to go for me. This has never happened before can’t believe they did that.

Where is my medicine? Irate you low because of delivery issue and probably won’t ever your service due to the fact I am waiting on medication to be delivered and I have to be here to sign for it. Was told it should arrive by 2:30 and now it’s 4:08 and still no medicine. Can you please tell me why?

FEDEX IS SUCH A PAIN
dealing w FedEx for packages specially if they require signature , or the delivery guy can’t get into ur apt is such a pain. And then they make you download an app, sign in , 2FA. Like gimme a break
