Upon opening the app, the app alerts me that I have been signed out. I attempt to login, and my password manager suggests I sign into my Fedex Office account; I now recall that Fedex required me to create a separate Fedex Office account from my Fedex account, but both are associated with the fedex.com domain. No one knows why. I choose the correct Fedex account and sign in. Instead of signing in, the app tells me that I am resetting my password. I go through the password reset process. I use a password manager, but I must manually type in my password. Pasting into this text field is disabled. No one knows why. Upon tapping Submit, the app presents an error dialogue box. The error description for this error is that an error has occurred. One must wonder how to proceed with such a descriptive error. I start back at the main screen and attempt to login. Again, the app forces me into a password reset process. I complete the process, again manually typing in a new 25 character password on my iPhone keyboard. On this second password reset screen, I am presented with a dialogue box telling me the app must be updated. The app gives me a single choice: “Update now.” I tap “Update now.” The dialogue box is dismissed, but it does not “update now.” One must wonder why I received this alert in the first place. I continue forward and successfully reset my password, which I never wanted to do in the first place and the app failed to do on the first attempt. Hooray! Having just successfully entered my username and new password, I am then presented with the app’s main screen in a logged-out state. I resolve to stop using seatbelts; I cannot bear this existence.
