Gotten worse

This app is so bad now. It makes you log in each time you use in place if keeping you logged in for a period of time. Delivery dates change at random. It crashes and hangs up all the time, where you can only see a ghostly white screen with shadows.

I specifically asked for them to call when the package arrived, it didn’t happen.
Allegedly it was delivered to my front door of my apartment and someone apparently stole it.
I live on a very busy street downtown. I can’t get a refund because I obviously can’t return nothing.

terrible customer service, i called about the same package 3 days in a row because they decided to ship it to the wrong station; not only that but they also never told me the reasoning until the third day. To be honest i don’t know if im still getting my package who knows next thing i’ll hear is it feel out the delivery truck, this business is a joke hope USPS runs you out of business.

Great app , makes everything easier for me and it automatically gives me the tracking number without adding any

Can’t you leave it signed in for longer?

App Does Not Let You Login

App version 7.30.2 does not work properly on iPhone using iOS 26.5.2.
They don't give you enough time to retrieve and enter the 2FA code. Then they say you exceeded login attempts and have to wait and try "later" without saying how long "later" is.
Even worse, the widget now puts the most recent package on the bottom of the list instead of on top of the list.
Please hire competent developers, testers, and Quality Assurance teams.

Doesn't persist login

Have to log in every time. Doesn't understand timezones.

The app is reflective of FedEx's ability to deliver your packages on-time and without stealing them.

Which is to say: I hate FedEx and I hate this app.

Worst company in America

DO NOT SHIP WITH FEDEX! They lie about dropping off packages. Won’t even go to your door and just automatically puts a tag on. NO WAY TO FILE COMPLAINTS OR CONTACT A CUSTOMER SUPPORT THAT ACTUALLY DOES ANYTHING. Can’t wait for this company to be sued to oblivion or Luigi’d out of existence.

Terribly unstable

By far, the worst app I have used for a major corporation. Constantly buggy. Does not save names and addresses when selecting to do so. Logging me out, allowing to set up a delivery like I’m logged in and then asking for CC when it’s a corporate account.

Hopeless

The app is difficult to navigate and doesn’t provide the information you need. Those are the only two things it needs to do. Maybe someone who actually needs the information it’s supposed to provide and the capacity to test it in practice could design something that works.

I cannot believe the UX on this app. Please sack the developers and use an AI agent to redevelop the app!

Love this app

So useful, I love how I can nickname my orders, star them, that they stay saved, even after delivered. Free app that doesn't pressure me to buy add ons. Great app for sure and if you get a lot of deliveries, you'll definitely want this app!!

FEDEx sux!!!

I have been dealing with this same issue for over eight years! I have complained until I’m blue in the face!!! These stupid idiots either can’t read or don’t know how to follow directions! I have explicit instructions to put my deliveries on my porch, it inevitably ends up in my carport, usually behind my car!!! If I could get my stuff from Chewy delivered by somebody else, I sure would. Do not recommend!!! In fact if I could give 0 stares, I would!!!

I hate this garbage app and want the developers to grow brains

Can’t log in.

Much like FedEx, this app is a disappointment. Try to log in and it says “This request cannot be completed. Please try again.”
The username and password are correct. What is the problem???
I tried app support, “Safari could not open the page because server can’t be found”.
Really, dude?

Embarrassing App for a Global Company

From the very first taps after installing the app, it’s obvious that FedEx doesn’t care about its customers or the quality of this app. The interface is outdated, basic features are poorly implemented, and the whole experience feels like an abandoned project. For one of the world’s largest logistics companies, this is simply embarrassing.

Worthless

No point in having a app if you get zero notifications, they constantly have delayed packages where Customer Service can’t even tell you way or when you will get it! I would never use FedEx for sending anything because it will ruin your business & receiving a package is the same way! Not sure what happened to this company but the last 3 years are horrible

Tracking info not correct

The app works but estimated delivery time is often incorrect. One package was estimated in the app for delivery before it arrived at FedEx while the vendor gave it two days which seemed reasonable.
