App is garbage
App is worthless. Does not work. Lots of bugs. Won’t allow me to sign up for the delivery manager. Website is the same thing. Why bother with having the App and website anyway?!

It’s hard to use the app really. It does however, show you when the packages are delivered but when you go to put delivery instructions in, it’s almost impossible. they need to make it more customer, friendly, and easy to use.

Been using app for years, and very little improvement has been made.
Useless app, useless company
Forced download of an app that then forces you to make an account, only for it to then give absolutely zero options for your parcels. Awaiting a delivery and I can’t schedule it for a time I’ll be in so the gimps keep turning up at stupid times and putting passive aggressive notes through my door. Evri might smash my parcels to bits but at least I actually receive them. Useless company.

Delivery instructions
Doesn’t let you have enough letters to give specific instructions that are not being used by the drivers. Front door doesn’t seem to be enough to get them to deliver my package where I request it to be left. Really tired of having to go around my house to find my packages cause they just throw it down somewhere that doesn’t require them to walk to the front door!!!😡😡😡

User ID or Email?
Half the time it wants my full email address as the user ID, the other half it wants the actual user ID. Not good.
Be happy use ups
Worst company to ship, receive, or track with. Employees can’t seem to deliver on time or even deliver on the day. Hopefully they go bankrupt and we can get someone that actually delivers.

Also kind of glitchy. Chatbot glitching—clicking on it just makes it cycle back to the screen where you choose the chatbot. And the edit delivery instructions button appears to be only decorative. Updated the app today. it is worse.
FedEx is horrible
I didn’t think it could get worse than USPS but it is! Every thing about this company and the people is bad.

Trash Delivery Service
I have a package that has been delayed over a week with no explanation. The call option only sends you to a robot voice that gives you no update on your package and has no nuance, it only understands yes or no. Very unprofessional. Hire actual people and be better at logistics. Trash app, trash service.

No where to report bugs
I’ve been having an issue where if I use the mobile website it will often show me a map of where the driver is in proximity to me. It’s annoying though due to 2FA, which I hate. But it never works on the app, it’s not even an option. Then when I do what google suggests to fix ( clear cache, log out and back in) nothing works. Then there is no where to report the issue other than to call. No thank you, I don’t want to talk to someone who I’m sure can’t help when there should be a link or email specifically for that.

Keeps logging me out of the app and I don’t get notifications for my packages so I’ve been having my packages be messed up
It works when it does.
Random load failures, delayed login on launch. Cannot get tracked items intermittently. Delivery drivers do not honor delivery instructions. Very rigid and un customer centric.
Can’t log in
Every time I try to log in it just says session has expired. I receive shipments daily and depend on this app. Definitely needs fixed

Late delivery
No updates, showed up at 9 pm. Did not ring a doorbell or anything. The large package would have stayed out all night if I did have trash to take out the evening. No messages saying you be late or anything. Estimated time was 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.
Below Standard…Do Better
This app is underwhelming and horrible to use. Bugs abound. Detailed delivery tracking doesn’t work. Notifications for shipments you have toggled on for push notifications don’t work at all (yes I’ve checked app permissions). Icons and buttons in the app glitch or randomly re-size without warning. On iPad it cuts off your status bar so you can’t see the time on your own device. No dark mode. Login process is slow and sluggish every time with sometimes Face ID working, and other times you have to log back in manually as if it’s your first time using the app. Just a horrible experience that makes me wonder where my packages are. One of the worst apps on the App Store easily.

Good - missing features
I really enjoy the QR code option for creating labels. However, the app does not include the option for notifications, nor additional information such as invoice number or reference codes. You cannot update the ticket after it is created. The additional information can only be entered from the desktop version of a new ticket.
