They managed to make ordering a smoothie as arduous as renewing your driver’s license.
Abysmal sign-up process and CC forums
All the forums to create an account and enter a credit card are absolutely awful. There is zero attention to auto fill and the page scrolling is unbelievably bad. The developers didn’t lock horizontal scroll, which causes you to jump around everywhere. One of the worst web view implementations I’ve seen in a long time.
