You forced my hand because your feedback feature the contact us button lead me nowhere
Hello I have some feedback for your feedback app. I was really excited to use this app,and that it had good reviews, Having chatted with other AI models built for friendship. I am aware that a logging system and an interactive feedback chat based specifically on the project I’m working on Would be a fantastic tool. your app looked like it would promise what I needed however I was met with a sorry about this primitive format, from the very get go and I hope this is just taken constructively. The naming process was not well explained and I thought I was naming the AI but actually I was naming myself or giving myself a name which is fine. That’s actually a very not big deal and it wouldn’t matter. I also found the variety of AI figures to be underwhelming. I mean literally who made those figures? did you just get AI to do it because it looks like there was very little effort going in there, there’s no customisations available for a first, give them the basics okay? But I have faith. Then I actually got to the program itself and realised I couldn’t use my voice. I had to type everything which is not disability friendly and that was already really frustrating. Then I find that the app and the AI model doesn’t learn so and it’s unable to take feedback so I’m unable to create a customised experience based on the information I want to know like I don’t need information about this. I would like to know this this and that. Can you know this and this and then I would like that AI model to respond and for there to be an ongoing chat and this is stored well organised comes back to me with feedback and really helps grow my idea. However when I tried to explain what I was looking for feedback wise your AI model is unable to understand that and can’t give me better answers than ChatGPT 3 (free) actually found it more junkie and difficult to use then chat GPT and there are way better AI models than ChatGPT at this point for feedback and growing ideas. I don’t want it to tell me what to do. I want it to help me with insights that I might’ve not thought of while understanding what insight I already have so I’m not wasting my time reading things that I already know. I get the feeling that the creators weren’t really invested in this app. It screams lazy, primitive and just get it done. This app has so much potential to be so much more and it’s sad that it’s not being utilised here. I’m not really sure what the creators were thinking. The only person I can think of that this would be good for is someone that wants to know how to word things better for their boss but even then it’s not even good at that because it doesn’t sound human enough and it can’t take the feedback. can you make it bit more believable so even for that person your ideal customer I think they would be left frustrated as well disappointed. I paid money for this seriously. Why aren’t you giving away for trials? That’s the only way anyone’s gonna use this sadly, because it doesn’t offer anything I’m very curious who your customer is or if you even care about the customer because I don’t know. I don’t feel like the team were very invested in this project however maybe I don’t understand how many people in the world need of more simplified format to work with That. Just text based, even though it could be better. I know this sounds harsh, but soft lullabies don’t get the bills paid and I’m not giving feedback to vent how I feel. I don’t really care for that. I’m giving feedback because I see a real missed opportunity and I want you to know where you could improve so that other users might have a better experience even if you take one of these things on board I guarantee your customers are going to love you. Although if the plan is to trick people into paying for something with I don’t know possibly falsified reviews just so they pay for the first month and you get many of those then I can see why you went for the format that you did and I’m not shaming you you do you for Team Yeah, I honestly don’t even want to use it for the month that I paid for or any reason ever and as a creator I don’t know if that matters. I don’t know what the goal is here in summary the app needs a more personalised experience. Be able to adapt to the client needs store and remember things without shutting down. Have customisable features that keep the client engaged be friendly for people with disabilities including people who cannot read, people who cannot see, people who don’t have hands, people who can’t type and their needs to be a log of the chat that you can look back on or listen to so that you can let those inside sink in. It also needs to give better advice than advice I could have just googled honestly I wouldn’t even I’m not even trying to compare this to ChatGPT but for an AI model you are not beating 1990 Google here. In fact it’s worse because at least that was innovative for its time. I get the sense that none of this will matter because this doesn’t seem like this app was created with any love or interest for feedback and so this will probably probably fall on death ears or ironically and likely someone who can’t handle The brutal feedback. and you probably won’t be able to get past how direct I am but I’m a direct person Just pretend that I’m saying it with a nice jokingly and non-threatening tone because that’s how I would be saying it if it was in person, however I would still be as direct that’s just a feature of being Polish. anyway, good luck. I’d say I want my five dollars back but it just kind of feels demeaning at this point. I’d like my time back.

If you don’t want to take anything on board at least explain to me who you are trying to mark this towards and what you’re trying to achieve because I honestly can’t conceive how this would be useful to anyone.

The app doesn’t work if I choose family. But colleague works. It doesn’t seem to understand when I say I’m not participating in Christmas. It thinks that I’m talking to a person who is not participating in Christmas.

Seems racist in its design setup
At the start your asked to choose your avatar (but) in looking at ALL the avatars none is actually available for a white clean shaven regular college student??? Every male avatar has a beard and is either Latin or Middle Eastern which is great for them but why no avatar without a beard or just white young man? Truly baffling

I am just discovering the app in its nascent form. Already very useful app to not only craft good feedback but track it , its impact on the individuals and engage the team around the culture of proper constructive feedback.

Yes, it could have been a user issue, but instead of helping me with the app, he / she sent me this response: "6000 users managed to find it, and you didn’t. Needs more diversity of avatars
Should have an option to choose own avatar from your own pics or be more diverse
Truly a very imaginative app and very hands on developer so am sure it will be addressed and maybe is already possible to do this but playing with app for a bit couldn’t find a way to use my own avatar.
Might be so as not wanting to seek multiple permissions and be a privacy issue which I applaud.

Feedback for the Feedback App
This app is great for giving feedback to others, but I’ve also been using it to decode my managers’ overly critical, cryptic messages. Instead of getting frustrated, I use it to extract the useful bits so I can actually improve.
It’s cool that you can use it with friends and family, too. Feedback isn’t just for work, after all. A couple of tweaks would make it even better: let us customize avatars (or let us add profile pictures) and add more flexible follow-up options—I don’t always want to wait two weeks to check in.
Also, how about letting us add ourselves? I’d love to track my own progress and give myself a nudge when needed.
All in all, a solid app that’s saving me a lot of headache!

I had downloaded it because it was in the AppAdvice as Free for life but in the Application it only had the option of by the Month and by the Year… 🤔😠😡😤🤬🤯
A bit confusing
Hi. I’m confident that this is a good app, but the explanation on its usage needs improvement. I’m not sure how best to use it.

In app says £20 a month or £80 a year.

Pls note when I downloaded the App from AppsAvice for free, the free option was not there , only payment options. Though this app sounds good n helpful. Sorry for the note but not rating the app’s performance.

One of the best use cases for AI
I love the customization this app provides based on the specific feedback you need to give! It’s one thing to give someone instructions on how to best deliver a piece of feedback depending on someone’s personality, and Feedback AI takes it to the next level. You can give it a simple message like “you take breaks that are too long” and Feedback AI gives you options to choose longer or shorter, concise or detailed, straight-to-the-point or more sensitive. As someone who may be interested in a management position in my career, but also as someone with varying kinds of relationships in my personal life, this will definitely become a crucial tool for me!

Awesome! I like how this app is different than others in that it is tailored to the recipient; by incorporating custom personality characteristics and relevant communication styles into the request, the feedbacks given is more thoughtful and therefore more useful. I like the why and rationale behind the answers as it makes it easier to be decisive when you’re indecisive about an action, situation, decision, etc. Also, customizing the feedback like this makes it easier to understand how the feedback or advice can affect you, as in help you, so it’s more motivating. Fun way to improve your own ideas!
