My experience using this app
I've been using this app for a few months now, and it’s by far the most reliable money transfer service I’ve used. Transfers are fast, rates are fair, and the process is straightforward. Highly recommend for anyone sending money internationally!

Be extremely careful – my money disappeared
I transferred €220 through Beans over a week ago and the money never came back. After multiple emails and messages, I’ve received vague replies or no response at all.
Beans claims to offer a reliable service, but once something goes wrong, you’re on your own!!!!!. No proper support, no real accountability, no escalation path. I contacted my bank and even they can’t guarantee recovery.
At this point, my money is in limbo and no one is taking responsibility. If you’re considering using this app to send money – think twice.

The app works great but I wish a couple more currencies could be supported. Can you guys add the option for Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) to be deposited in the app. There’s a lot of people who can benefit from this as an on/off ramp
Ideal app for FX transactions
I’ve been very impressed with the UI and ease of use of this app. Not to mention it does exactly what it says: it makes it easy to send currencies internationally. Looking forward to more currencies being added in the future.
Worst app has my money hostage
Worst support can only contact by email 3 days waiting for 267$ they want me to wait up 14days don’t do it to yourself if your transfer goes wrong you will need to wait half a month!!!

Can’t use a service where the sign up flow is broken. Went to the extent of calling my network provider but no issues on their end. I guess if this is fixed I could update my review.

Bad app.
Just wanted to give you a heads up about this app. So, I downloaded and registered for this app, added $50 to my account, and logged out. But when I tried to log back in later to withdraw my money, they kept saying my pin was wrong. And guess what? The same thing happened to my friend too. So, I wanted to let you know not to trust this app and to avoid downloading it. It's better to be safe and aware of these things.
