If the device is on WiFi or mobile data, the books get hanged a LOT. It only works on airplane mode. Pls fix

When I open the app I see that for a while it works then it hangs and the next page does not come very bad

Terrible app. We are not able to even view books when required. The application keeps hanging all the time. Not even worth one star.

What the hell it’s so much bugging and I can’t open it as I got new password but still it doesn’t open.

What’s going on? What happens as my app goes crashing and hangs up. Why the hell we have paid for. Solve the issue at the earliest as in this pandemic we’re dependent upon the books in soft copy but this app gets stuck after 4-5 seconds of opening and we’re unable to do anything as screen gets stuck. Provide the better solution at the earliest.

Books are not opening after introduction part main contains is not showing, app gets hang after turning introduction page of any book . Pathetic waste of money .

Pathetic App
The App keeps on crashing and it freezes often. We have to open again and again. It’s very disturbing and waste of time. Kindly improve and fix it
Facing same issue as very buggy
It doesn’t work. When open any downloaded book it freezes n then stop working. Irritating. Bakwas app. N no one is bothered to get that improved. This impacts studies especially at this situation when everything is virtual.
