payment issue
My payment got successful, order gets confirmed but after sometime i receive msg that payment gets failed. Tried twice and both the time i get same issue. Call customer care but all customer care are busy all the time. Not sure when will i get my money back.
Delivery boys scam
Delivery boys are doing scam by marking product delivered and ask you for OTP on call or show customer was not contacted and mark your product undelivered. They usually call from their personal numbers. Beware of it feeling sorry for a talented guy like Gaurav he is trying to build something and people are destroying his hard work.

i ordered my first product 10 days ago but till now i haven’t received my delivery and customer support is also so bad and slow and they only have mail and whatsapp support no call support from customer side
sorry to say they have very weak backend team that provide very slow solution and make you frustrated
in my opinion never made any pre paid payment delivery to its product and its my worst experience because they don’t have any time value for customers and last thing first i am not any paid reviewer its my genuine and valid product and customer review

Your delevering the order service is very bad the expected date given by you was 15/5/2026 and now is 20/5/2026 the change the delivery date daily and delay the order i have not received my order yet also

Worst Customer Care | Fake Commitments
I have ordered on 13th because it showed the delivery date of 14th. It’s been 4 days my product didn’t shipped yet. And the worst part is that there is no customer care team to talk or to complaint. O have ordered from this website first time and I am pretty sure this will be my last.

They are just scammers.Intially they show how much dedication they put to provide facilities to you but just after placing the order and recieving the partial payment they doesnt respond to msgs and not dispatch your order for more than 10days.And when you cancel the order they will not return your partial payment also.Worst app and Gaurav taneja is just a scammer.Btw what will be expect from a guy who even spread rumours about his own relationship just before the launch off this buisness for sake of some popularity

Bad protein & worst customer support
Ordered Yeast Protein from Beastlife on 9th May and received it on 13th May. The outer packaging looked fine, but after removing the plastic wrap, I found the product seal already broken. The protein also smelled strange, almost like wheat flour, and looked questionable.
The worst part was Beastlife’s terrible customer support. Chat support never responded, calls went unanswered, and there wasn’t even a proper way to raise a complaint.
Tried Beastlife because of all the Instagram hype, but this was a very disappointing experience. Sending a product with a broken seal and then ignoring customers is completely unacceptable.👎

Customer Support and Order Tracking
I had placed an order during their sale, on 10th May.
As soon as I placed the order I only got a confirmation mail that my order was placed.
After that nothing no update no tracking no email just bombarded with messages on WhatsApp regarding different products.
The reason I placed the order was because it showed delivery by 11th May.
After repeated attempts of contacting customer support, I got hold of a number in their application, whose services are terminated.
Their is no way to get in touch with anybody to know the status of the order, as of 13th May the order has been assigned to shiprocket but still no tracking is available no update is available for something which was supposed to reach me yesterday this is completely negligent and misleading behaviour.
This shows these people don’t care about the customers.
Also I was given a shaker for free and it showed during checkout free.
But when you get the detailed bill, they have charged full
Price for the shaker and given a small discount whose calculations are fishy
The pricing is fishy too please be careful while ordering
