None of the videos have sound, making the app (and accompanying toys) useless.

Do not bother downloading

Literally plays a 30 second of each clip and that’s it.

App doesn’t connect to character

We were so disappointed to find that the character, Jay, only plays 20 second song clips. We can’t get the App to connect to character at all. We’ve tried everything. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

No sound on clips, therefore app sucks

The app plays video clips with no sound, and there is nowhere to change it, so it’s useless.
