None of the videos have sound, making the app (and accompanying toys) useless.

App doesn’t play any music. Playing some songs on a tv works. Not reliable

We were so disappointed to find that the character, Jay, only plays 20 second song clips. We can’t get the App to connect to character at all. We’ve tried everything. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

So frustrating
My daughter is obsessed with the beat bugs so I was very excited to get this toy. We bought the jay figure and I have had the worst time getting him to work. The app won’t play sound at all. I’ve checked my settings. I deleted and re downloaded this app. I’ve googled and YouTubed this. I restarted my phone and nothing is working. I tried the website and I can’t even find something helpful there. Im very frustrated and would not recommend this app or the toy.

Toy does not work with App
Just received our Jay toy. While it plays songs when you press the button, it doesn’t work with the app. Very disappointed ☹️.
Audio issues
Audio that accompanies the videos only occasionally works. Kids/parents are disappointed their toys don’t work well.

Video plays but no audio to work with the toys so really you’re just watching a few seconds of beat bugs on mute.

So I downloaded this app thinking it would sync up to the character. It did not the sound doesn’t work.
Sound no longer works
The sound on the app no longer works. We’ve had the app for 6 months and just have our son the characters and now the app sound doesn’t work.

My little boy loves the TV show so got the toy and download this app.
Poor quality, streaming songs is very bad compared to other apps I use.
It simply freezes mid video song, while you continues to sing... then unable to exit to get back to main screen in app!
Was thinking of getting more toys but this...well, will be not purchasing any more!

20 secs?
Really lame having just 20 seconds of the tracks.
My daughters love them.
Got them as a set for Christmas. And when they all sync up and sing in chorus my daughters dance around and sing along. Lots of fun. Only wish there was a way to stop playing individual songs. If the button is pressed at the wrong time it can ruin the hole song.

Length of audio clips
Audio clips only go for 20 secs each refuses to do all through any of the songs and the other app only has 4 songs on its list although it’s says there are 18 not happy
