I think the idea of this is really good however it is not executed correctly. The setup is take a quiz, get assigned lessons / trainings then you’re expected to pay. I understand things cost money, but I felt like they asked for a subscription way too soon, I barely got to try out the app.

It's ok but not fully accurate. It's giving basic strategy but a few things I quickly noticed weren't statistically good moves that it's recommending. It's ok for someone understanding the very basics but not good for them if they're going to go to the casino. There needs to be an option for legit blackjack and the rigged smart shufflers (shuffle master) most all casinos use.

Felt like I was going to get a simulator experience but ends up being a chat bot UX 🤖. Not what I was anticipating when I first used the app.

Would appreciate a refund since I felt mislead as a customer.
