Worst app ever
This app doesn’t work at all, and there’s no one to even try to help you if you’re having issues. I used to order here all the time but stopped being a customer because of how awful, time-consuming, and non-functional the app is. I resent the restaurant and the people behind this bad app.

Best best customer service and best food
Omg the women who work here are the best! They allowed me to sample the Buffalo Cauli which popper which was a huge blast pop in my mouth ! Delicious and highly recommended !!!
Favorite App for My Favorite Store
I can’t get enough beatnic and the app is so helpful to find closest stores and get delivery. Super sick to get my promo codes easily accessible too

No Apple Pay or IPhone mini support
The app is fine overall but checkout is really clunky. Credit card autofill only works in Safari so you’re stuck manually providing your payment details. Could be easily resolved by supporting Apple Pay.
The UI dimensions were not designed with the iPhone 12/13 mini in mind and the menu and notifications buttons at the top of screen are not accessible. They are visible but because they are displayed behind the time and other iOS indicators they are not tappable.

Unusable. Can’t order. Horrible new app.
Old app was much better. I can’t even place an order. It asks me for my location then goes to a website then back and goes in circles. I can’t never get to the screen where I place an order.

WORST APP EVER
I love By Chloe & use to order online all the time! The app doesn’t remember my account or my location for orders. Every Time I try to login it makes me confirm my email over & over again. Then when I finally somehow after 100 tries get into my account it’s always trying to get me to order from NY....I live in LA. So annoying. They’ve lost a lot of $$ with this app.

Long wait and incorrect order
Really disappointed after I decided to use the app for the first time and pick up my order. I had to wait a long time and asked for the dressing on the side for my quinoa taco salad. When I got back to my office to eat it, I noticed they had forgotten my dressing. I didn’t have any dressing to use and it ruined my salad and experience.
