Ridiculously bad
The app doesn’t place your order until you tap “I’m here.” The whole point is to preorder and have the food ready when i get there.
And the rewards system is also ridiculous. You choose your reward item, but it doesn’t actually put the item in your order, you still have to find it and select it separately. Nothing about this app makes any sense.

This app is a joke, it won’t even let me pick the location, it keeps giving “invalid authentication token” error, it’s been like this for like a year now
No option to purchase with Apple Pay
After a lot of hassle to sign up I finally got the app to work. Kept giving me errors when trying to sign up. I input my first order and go to checkout and realized there’s no Apple Pay option. With as bad as many people are with their data security, I do not like to use any of my cards in these apps. Until Apple Pay is an option I will not be using this app.

Nothing works, all rewards say ineligible when not same with coupons
App is w/o Scanner
So, it isn’t easily credited to your app account via Del Taco App. I’ve not had that problem via other fast food apps. That’s why they get one star only. I’d give them a big fat zero otherwise.
