Scammy fast food app
More than half the time when I enter my receipt to collect points it is rejected. The app says I’ve entered something incorrectly, try again. No, it is correct. I’ve taken screenshots of what I’ve entered, taken a picture of my receipt, as well as a screenshot of the error message. I submit all to customer service with my complaint and then I end up getting credited for the points. Should I have to do this to get the points that they’re offering? No! It’s a waste of time. McDonald’s has a great app. Carl’s Jr.’s has a decent app, Arby’s does a nice job. What is wrong with Del Taco??!

Offer and Rewards fail often
Done with this app. It happened yet again today. Tried using an offer: Scanned and nothing. Cashier tried too and wasn’t giving the discount, then offer showed a lock which I assume means It’s been used even though it wasn’t.
Terrible, terrible UX
Please revise your app. It's extremely clunky to do anything, takes forever to get started, and has poor integration with iOS features. I would go into more detail but if you're a Del Taco app team member reading this, please just check out other fast food apps to see what they did right
Can’t view items.
This app needs to seriously let you view what you ordered before paying. I accidentally order two of the same meals. Luckily I got to cancel order and was immediately refunded. But was annoying to do it all over again. Taco Bell has it right… come on Del Taco.

Predatory practices
Cart is hidden intentionally at checkout. I’ve been screwed out of more deals this way than I care to admit. UI/UX of this app is absolutely terrible.

Can’t create an account, therefore I can’t order. Can’t order? Lose a customer.
Apple Pay
The app needs an option to pay with Apple Pay.
Actually Zero Stars
Been trying to sign up and the email notification sent to me sends me to a blank page. All other links on the email work, just not the one to verify my email. Oh well, guess it’s better not to have the app since the recent reviews are all negative.
Actually unusable
Never have I written a review for an app but this genuinely mad me so mad I had to write one. Can’t open the app unless you set up an account. They need an egregious amount of information for a simple fast food mobile app but whatever I said. Tried 3 different emails to create an account just for every verification email to load to a link that doesn’t work and since this is the only fast food app in HISTORY to NOT let you use a guest user, you can’t even place an order. Worst app I’ve ever used and honestly makes me never want to even try del taco again. Thanks for the most broken and glitchy thing ever

Inoperable app
The app does a good job of collecting your information and then never allowing user to move beyond email verification process. Guess gathering consumer data is better than actual sales.

I oreded a milk shake and once it got to my house the shake was spoiled and chunky. It was horrible.
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t even show a map. Just keeps asking to type in my zip code. Lost a customer near a new restaurant that opened.

Payment issues
You add a card. Use it a few times errors for declined. Delete the entry then re add the same card. After 2-3 uses same issue. So I decided for get this deleted and wanted to use Apple Pay. No option. Do I tried a different card. Again works a few times then declines. Delete read exact card and it works for a few times

The app needs an order tracker function. It has an order history, but no way of keep tabs on the order.

Stored Payment NEVER works
I go to Del Taco for breakfast almost daily…. ALMOST EVERYDAY or 75% or more I have to re enter the SAME card I have saved . Then it magically works!! Fix your app! Hire McDs designers THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Love the food though.
