worst app
This app is a joke, it won’t even let me pick the location, it keeps giving “invalid authentication token” error, it’s been like this for like a year now
No option to purchase with Apple Pay
After a lot of hassle to sign up I finally got the app to work. Kept giving me errors when trying to sign up. I input my first order and go to checkout and realized there’s no Apple Pay option. With as bad as many people are with their data security, I do not like to use any of my cards in these apps. Until Apple Pay is an option I will not be using this app.

Bad app
Nothing works, all rewards say ineligible when not same with coupons
App is w/o Scanner
So, it isn’t easily credited to your app account via Del Taco App. I’ve not had that problem via other fast food apps. That’s why they get one star only. I’d give them a big fat zero otherwise.
Can’t clear notifications
Only issue I have with the app is that | cannot get the notification bubble on iOS to clear. Running iOS 26.6.2 on iPhone 13. I've gone through every conceivable page and link on the app but nothing helps to clear them.

Yikes. You need to seriously invest in your coding team.
My email shows an accurate inventory of what I ordered, but your app makes it look like I ordered double—and sometimes triple—what I actually ordered.
Issues with entering receipts
Everytime i try to put my receipts for rewards, the information always says incorrect. Please fix this issue so we can get our rewards.
Only use once
Like the app like the food. But cmon. Get an it department. Someone used my phone number once, so now I can never log in. Brilliant!!

No Apple Pay
No Apple Pay through app have to use credit card. To top it off the link for app feedback does nothing.
Slow!!!
Every time I add an offer, it won’t ever finalize. If it’s day specific, then don’t allow it to the order. And why do I have to find the specific item to add if I already added the offer? Also the app is slow!!
WORST App Ever
Demands email to do anything. Sign up but didn’t get a password from me but somehow I verified email and now I can’t log in because I don’t have a password making me click forgot password. TO MANY STEPS TO SIGN UP AND I JUST WANT TO LOOK AT THE MENU!!! Deleted app immediately. This is why I don’t EVER eat there and don’t understand how people could. Taco Bell or ANY other fast food place for the win!!!

Why the heck does your order have to be above $15 to pay for delivery like what is that?

Terrible app
The app freezes constantly. Trying to customize your order to remove or add toppings is so confusing. You get coupon in the mail and they don’t work on the app. I am a big Del Taco fan but their app makes it difficult. Taco Bell and Mc Donald’s app is very easy to navigates and works. Take notes Del Taco Bell

Difficult to use
Tried to order taco night. it said a quantity of 3 were required. I tried to go back and fix the order. The app then deleted the whole order. The app is difficult to use and takes too long
Constant App problems
The app constantly has problems. From not being able to process payments, to having to manually add payment method each time and recently having a whole order prepped but being unable to click the checkout button. Literally cannot order food on the app. No complaints for the local establishment though their good.

Terrible app
Wow, where do I begin? First, the app is so slow, it might even be worse than McDonald’s app. Which is saying a lot. It’s not seamless and takes forever to load between items and getting into your cart. Then, if you add a card and there’s an issue/you need to retype something, there’s no option to edit card info on the order. You just have to close out and start all over again. THEN if you use Apple Pay, it doesn’t want to recognize the zip code. I did a bunch of trouble shooting and even checking my address with my Mastercard through apple, and everything was right. But the app kept saying invalid zip code. Finally, they don’t even have everything on the app. One of my kids loves del’s chicken and fry box, but it wasn’t on the app. Luckily because of my zip code issue I went into the store to order and noticed that. I’m not sure what else wasn’t on there, but I did notice that! Deleting the app after writing this review because it’s a waste

There is no way to add or remove items from your order. Or even to review your order before payment. How am I supposed to make changes if I need to?
