SCAM
Don’t order from here. You will either get your order cancelled with no explanation or warning OR you’ll just never get your vinyls and never get refunded either. Customer service airs every single email. Literally the worst.

I wish I researched this company more before buying from them. After 2 months of dealing with them I still haven’t received my product. I asked for tracking after 3 weeks after my purchase and I was informed I would receive a tracking update shortly. I never received a tracking update. 2 weeks later I followed up then received and email stating they canceled my order and sent me a refund. I checked today and only received a partial refund.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. There’s no Google reviews but search beatrelease on reddit. This experience isn’t uncommon.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL SCAM YOU
I made my purchase June 20th,( it is currently August 19th) from the time i made my purchase till now I received ZERO updates on my order. I sent an email and received no response. So I sent them a direct message on their instagram after seeing a lot of their posts, people are commenting that their orders are taking forever. So I send them a message and they said was “looking into this”. Couple days go by I get a response saying
“no thank you!” So I ask if there’s any update on my order and get left on seen. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

It took two emails to get a response back from their support team. I was informed that my purchased item had a 30 day shipping label which is insane.

LOVE this app
I honestly love this app. Great selection of records that have helped build my collection beautifully these last few months. What was even better is their customer service. Shipping was fast and well packaged. They even reached out to me to thank me for my purchase and to make sure the shipping went well and I was happy with my new record. They also sent me a coupon for future purchases and I’ve noticed they send you lots of discounts on top of their already great prices. Wouldn’t go to any other app for my music needs!

Pretty good but a few flaws
I have placed 2 ordered and overall the quality of everything is good and they are 100% legit. Both times I have ordered, 1 of my items in my order have been removed from my order and the first time I got a refund but the second time I didn’t. I also was charged shipping for my order even though it was supposed to be free shipping over $119. I recommend buying from them just expect something to get cancelled.

Took a while for my item to arrive but they kept me updated and I received my item after 10 or so days
Bad customer service
My first purchase was on March 8th, it is now March 19th and they have yet to ship my item. Within 10 minutes of purchasing my item they sent me a shipping confirmation which is unusual considering it takes at least a day, and when I messaged customer service they assured me it will ship within the end of the week. They are taking forever to write me back and the item still hasn’t shipped, I will not be buying from this record store again. Seriously not worth the 10% discount.

I have never bought from a company with better customer service. Sometimes they send you coupons and give discounts through email, and since I thought this was a cool idea I reached out to their Instagram and told them that. They thanked me, asked me for some feedback on their shipping policies and app, and upon my answering, they gifted me a $5 gift card for no reason other than to be nice. Their record costs are very low too, something which is hard to find these days.
If you’re looking to buy records at all, this is the place to do it. I promise they won’t let you down.

Amazing!
I can’t believe I found this. I’ve been trying a few different apps/sites but is exceeding all of them. Beatrelease has the best selection, great prices and fast shipping. When trying different sites, half of the time shipping took forever, or my order was cancelled. I’m already on my 8th record from Beatrelease and it’s been flawless. The app is super easy to navigate as well
