It’s a scam business or terrible customer service.

I ordered quite a big order a few months ago and haven’t received any word on when it will be shipped or planned to be shipped. There is zero communication here and good luck getting word back from anyone. Every purchase is non refundable. They have a poor excuse of a way to track what progress your merch might be in on a public board. Mine sais it’s been shipped but I haven’t recieved anything as of yet. This business needs their licensed revoked immediately. Even smaller bands with their own merch have a better way of doing business and tracking orders.
