Dying brand energy
To be clear I’m a huge fan and collector, but the app has the feel of a brand slowly losing itself.
The navigation can be annoying, especially the way they tag or set up menus/filtering on the back end.
I am especially annoyed that most of the Dunnys coming out nowadays are feeling less like nostalgia or fandom nods and more like plain old corporate branded slop… Fanta!? And not even Dunnys modeled after the Fanta girls (that woulda been cool), just the Fanta bottle itself, or a Sprite bottle — honestly who gaf??
If having merch in Coke’s gift shops around the world is so important, at least offer a couple more cleverly or creative twists. The Coke items are just really cheuggy and boring to me and kind of bring the whole catalog down in value.
And then items like that just sit on the website for years collecting dust and honestly making the entire enterprise seem stagnant or dying, because, duh, who wants that?
Anyway. I wish I had better and more detailed advice lol but please don’t let this brand become another Funko Pop. I’m begging!!! Ask for help if you guys need it, don’t be those business owners.

It’s really difficult to get a hold of anybody, it’s been almost a month and I haven’t even received a tracking number for my order.
