Every now and then it gives me problems uploading my wav. Files showing a error and when I go to upload a file i can click the file 100 times and it not do anything and it’s done this for multiple files not just one
Response from developer
Hi MNMGOTBEATS, Thanks for letting us know about this. We understand how frustrating it can be when WAV uploads fail or the file selector becomes unresponsive, especially when it happens with multiple files. To help us look into this properly, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Support team so they can review your account and upload details directly: https://help.beatstars.com/hc/en-us/requests/new We really appreciate you flagging this and your patience while we work to keep the upload experience as smooth as possible.
