DO NOT RUN YOUR WEBSITE THROUGH THIS COMANY
I purchased the $30 plan and received NOTHING but headaches and loss of profit not to mention their customer service totally SUCKS message them in the morning and don’t get a response till late at night and ten. My website was NEVER functional had it for a few days and now they don’t wanna give me my money back I’m sending ALL the transcripts and time stamps over to the better business bureau

Lagged screen , doesn’t load anything
new layout prevents me from seeing important details about my orders!!!
i’ve used this app for years and have loved it - BUT THE LAYOUT UPDATE HAS CAUSED ISSUES :
on iphone , when i click on an order to view details i can no longer see the full details of which options were selected by the customer (in my listings i make use of multiple drop down selections). Only around 20 letters are visible which does NOT give me all the information i need to fulfill my orders. This section NEEDS to show the full details regardless of character length.
overall the new layout is unnecessary and makes the app as a whole harder to use , or in some cases useless. I need the app to FUNCTION and do not want a focus on new aesthetics as this is only damaging what was there previously.

Crashes
The app hasn’t worked in quite some time. Crashes upon opening app.
Notification count issue
The icon shows the number of orders received but there seems to be an error where it double counts. One order comes in and the icon shows 2. When you go into the app and come out it corrects itself, but it’s confusing and would be good if it was fixed.
