I don't know what the issue is. Been battling it for over a year.. You can't be logged in on both shopify app and inbox app at same time.
Takes a bit of time/work to log in to your store via this inbox app and doing so logs you out of the shopify app.
As you can imagine, this is far from efficient and a waste of time when trying to look at customer orders while chatting with customers.
It's wild we are in 2026 and have to deal with this issue with such a high mainstream app/service/company

Great idea
Forming Response = Inability to reply to my customers
The app works good, when it works. But alot of the time, as I’ve typed out the response I want to give to my customer, I’m unable to send it as the app is still trying to “form a response” of its own, which will get delayed anyways.
