Belege werden fast nie gedruckt
Wir haben massive Probleme mit den Beleg zu drucken! Ich kann jeden tag den 400 euro Drucker neu verbinden ! Am Weihnachtsgeschäft kann man sich sowas nicht leisten !! Bin mehr wie enttäuscht und so viel geld für TSE jede Kasse 50 euro mtl. Und dann Shopify pro und unser online shop, da bin ich mtl. Über 300 euro mtl. Mit solche Probleme

POS software for iMac
Come on, guys!! Please add a POS system for the iMac as well! Such a big company, yet in-store we only have the option to sell through an iPad or phone??? We are retailers, not street vendors… 😅

Changes Too Frequent
Items within app change way too frequently with very little notification to the POS side.
Great when it works
POS is a great app but it seems everytime they do an update it breaks something. The most recent being the search function, notes says it’s updated but I spent 2 days with it saying random items didn’t exist. Spoke to support and they said there wasn’t anything wrong but all of a sudden after a further small update it’s all working again. Hmm.
It’s a shame it’s so great when it works that they won’t just leave it alone instead of doing random things to it that no one asks for
