We lost money because of this awful app
Support offered basically no solutions other than try factory resetting your phone.
Do not rely on this app or shopify buy a card reader and choose a different company.

Please contact our support team at help.shopify.com so they can look into what's happening directly. Updating to the latest POS version (11.7.1) can also help if a fix has already shipped.

**update** sent bug report, as recommended by app developer. The app is completely updated and it still hangs, the worst part is it will do this during transactions. So we are constantly having to force close and reopen the app, which will work for about an hour before having to do a force close yet again.

POS app can’t save customer info

Thanks for reporting this. Errors when creating customer profiles at checkout shouldn't happen. Try these steps: force close the POS app, update to the latest version, and restart your device. If the issue continues, visit help.shopify.com/support, click on "Chat with a human", so we can investigate further.
