This App Was Definitely Not Designed by a Seller
It feels like the people who designed this app don’t actually understand what Amazon sellers need.
A perfect example is FBA shipments. When you check an FBA shipment in the Seller app, it only shows Amazon’s internal FBA shipment/reference ID. There is absolutely no way to see the actual carrier tracking number.
If you need the tracking number, you have to open a web browser, log in to Seller Central, find the shipment again, and check it there. This is extremely inconvenient, especially when you’re using the mobile app specifically because you need quick access to shipment information while away from a computer.
A tracking number is one of the most basic and important pieces of information for an FBA shipment. Why is it available on the web version but missing from the app?
The other features are generally fine, but this is such an obvious seller need that it really makes me wonder whether the app is actually designed with real sellers in mind.
