Not very user friendly
The platform is designed kind of user unfriendly, change prices and especially change of shipping cost is not working and not sure why I can’t make that change. Need improvement on this platform.

Errors without resolution.
Somehow Amazon algorithms believe a lamp that ships without a light bulb is in fact a light bulb and can’t be convinced otherwise. We continue to invest less in Amazon because of errors like this with no one available to help with basic common sense problems.
