FIX THE AI TEXT ISSUE!
Turned off the useless ai autofill, continues to clear my writing and replace it with useless info. 0/10 fix your app Shopify this is a joke.
Response from developer
Thanks for flagging this. We've confirmed both issues on our side: suggested replies can overwrite text as you type, and the setting being off doesn't fully prevent them. Our team has logged a bug to fix it, though we don't have a timeline to share yet.

The auto reply is not great and stalls the process
The auto reply is great. Till it isnโt and then you canโt cancel its search and simply reply to the customer

SMALL BUSINESSES BEWARE
Your legitimate business funds are not safe with Shopify. Shopify is engaging in deceptive and fraudulent business practices. They allowed 302 fraudulent charges to be stolen from my balance account, thousands of dollars gone and they blamed me, blatantly lied to me and told me the best course of action would be to close my small business that I had with Shopify for 9 years and to file a case with the FDIC about theft SHOPIFY IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY FOR SMALL BUSINESSES!!! USE SQUARE.

Amazing app
Smooth real time messaging, great for running a business with Shopify, great integration!
Very Good!
Great app. Gives customers a chance to get in touch with you very quickly, as long as you are around. If you are going to make them wait, thereโs no point. We are super fast at responding to customers and customer service is very important to us.
Love it
It definitely works for me. The responses are relevant and professional.

One way login
I don't know what the issue is. Been battling it for over a year.. You can't be logged in on both shopify app and inbox app at same time.
Takes a bit of time/work to log in to your store via this inbox app and doing so logs you out of the shopify app.
As you can imagine, this is far from efficient and a waste of time when trying to look at customer orders while chatting with customers.
It's wild we are in 2026 and have to deal with this issue with such a high mainstream app/service/company

Forming Response = Inability to reply to my customers
The app works good, when it works. But alot of the time, as Iโve typed out the response I want to give to my customer, Iโm unable to send it as the app is still trying to โform a responseโ of its own, which will get delayed anyways.
