This is a fantastic app

I really love how you can buy the decks on this app and then they are yours, without having to pay every month for access to the same deck. Many apps make you keep paying every month just to digitally use even the original Ryder Waite tarot cards.

Amazing oracle deck app!

I’d never been heard of an app before for oracle decks until friend shared this app with me. It’s been amazing to sample various decks without fully buying them. Totally recommend this app!!!

Great until…

*update the developer reached out to me and explained that the newer Oracle decks that they’ve acquired do not allow you to have them as a standalone item on your home screen. Have to open their icon, tap on my Library, tap on the app-my other purchased apps show as well-and open it. It’s more steps, and I probably won’t be purchasing more decks that are like that from them. But I appreciate the response from the developer and the assistance. I would purchase more standalone deck from them.

I purchased two Oracle decks from this app and they’ve been great. They download on my phone I up can just click on them and open them. But now I’ve purchased the Mystic shaman and it’s not on my phone I have to search in the apps for a beauty everywhere, and then open that and then go to my library and then look for the Mystic shaman. I want a refund.

App doesn’t work

I purchased the Mystical Shaman Oracle before the umbrella app was created. All my other pre-existing BE apps are in the library but the Mystical Shaman Oracle is not, despite being one of the apps for sale in the umbrella app. When I clicked on it I was offered a free trial! I emailed customer service a week ago and didn’t get a response. I tried contacting Apple for assistance which also went nowhere. I paid $14.99 for an app that no longer opens.

Cannot find the place in the app where to cancel if you are unhappy with the deck you select. Only seems to allow to open the deck.
