Amazing oracle deck app!
I’d never been heard of an app before for oracle decks until friend shared this app with me. It’s been amazing to sample various decks without fully buying them. Totally recommend this app!!!
Great until…
*update the developer reached out to me and explained that the newer Oracle decks that they’ve acquired do not allow you to have them as a standalone item on your home screen. Have to open their icon, tap on my Library, tap on the app-my other purchased apps show as well-and open it. It’s more steps, and I probably won’t be purchasing more decks that are like that from them. But I appreciate the response from the developer and the assistance. I would purchase more standalone deck from them.
I purchased two Oracle decks from this app and they’ve been great. They download on my phone I up can just click on them and open them. But now I’ve purchased the Mystic shaman and it’s not on my phone I have to search in the apps for a beauty everywhere, and then open that and then go to my library and then look for the Mystic shaman. I want a refund.

App doesn’t work
I purchased the Mystical Shaman Oracle before the umbrella app was created. All my other pre-existing BE apps are in the library but the Mystical Shaman Oracle is not, despite being one of the apps for sale in the umbrella app. When I clicked on it I was offered a free trial! I emailed customer service a week ago and didn’t get a response. I tried contacting Apple for assistance which also went nowhere. I paid $14.99 for an app that no longer opens.

Cannot find the place in the app where to cancel if you are unhappy with the deck you select. Only seems to allow to open the deck.

Better now with update
The app was initially glitchy, but I got support and the issue was resolved by an update. I love the deck I use and would love to see it exist in the future as an app on its own without the container …

Please fix 7 energies oracle so I can use the animated cards. I’ve updated to the current iOS and app 1.6.1. your app says that I need 1.6.5 version or later, but the App Store is saying that the 1.6.1 is current. Thanks for your support.

Every time I log in it asks me to update my decks I own a lot this is very frustrating that I’ve been forced to do this constantly

Practical and available anywhere
I enjoyed pulling cards on the go, without having to have a real card in my hands.
Why do I have to re-purchase oracle decks I already had purchased on my phone????
This app is awkward, not streamlined, and overly complicated. More than that, it is making me re-purchase oracle decks I've already had on my phone for a long time! Why??? Because they are now grouped together under this awkward app?? Unfair and not user-friendly in any way. 👎🏼

Wasn’t aware that countdown to expire for decks starts at download and not at opening. Extremely disappointing.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on several of these apps ( oracle cards)years and years ago… absolutely ridiculous that I can’t get to them because of the crashing.. Fools wisdom was one of my favorites.. but I would be a fool with no wisdom to waste anymore money on anything on this site.

Oracle card purchases no longer accessible
Oracle card purchases no longer accessible. It opens, but it just freezes after that - one cannot even contact support to make a request for help. Unable to access any of the Oracle card purchased.
App freezes
Cannot get decks I purchased to function or even open. The lags and crashes have gotten worse with every update, and now it’s not a usable product at all.
