This app clearly has not been maintained or updated to support new phones. It’s absolutely unusable. Do not waste your time downloading this app as it is even worse than their website.

5/2020 Checked some of the reviews on some makeup and reviews were more than 4 yrs old. Amended review, when I try to search for something I get an error message. Why is this app still having so many problems after so long 👎

This app does not work
I got this app and wanted the list of brand that they review and pressed “brands” I get one page and try to scroll down and it move and then it shuts off, tried it twice and the same. Frustrating!!!
amazing app
great for reviews on almost any product but whenever i try search by brand, the app crashes. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. i don’t know if it’s just me but i don’t know how to fix it.
Keeps Force Quitting
I wanted to use this app to find a specific product. However, every time I try to search by brand, I can’t get two scrolls in before the app force quits itself. I would not recommend this app.

This needs some serious improvement. I've had this app forever and I keep getting error messages and I can't post on it. HELLO FIX THIS THING! Developers have given up.
Don't waste your time
You won't even be able to open the app. It crashes every time.
Freezes or shuts down
I was really excited about this app but I just downloaded it and in the last five minutes it has shut down on me three times and has frozen once. I'm hoping they can get these bugs fixed because there's a lot of great potential.

Keeps giving error weird message whenever I try to sign up ---whether it's via Facebook or creating an account with email address .
Error Message!
Every time I try to log in with my email and password I get an error message. I noticed this only happens on the app but not on my desktop! I love Total Beauty and I've had an account there for over four years and have written hundreds of reviews so I'm really disappointed that this app is as bad as it is. If Total Beauty is listening, please improve this app so I'm actually able to successfully log in, thanks!

Immediately and repeatedly crashed ...
... every time I clicked on "Brands". Not even deleting and reinstalling the app helped.

Won't even let me set up an account! Keeps crashing! Uninstalling now!!!!!
Pop up ads are out of control
...so much so, that after having this app for several years I'm deleting it and unsubscribing from the news letter. I hate that's it come to this.

Every time I open the search by brands tab the app crashes :/.
Total joke
Wanted to read an article on the mobile site but a huge Nordstrom ad was blocking nearly the entire screen so I thought I might as well just download it. Not only is the app the least intuitive thing i have ever used, a key issue being how hard you have to dig to find the actual reviews of the products. In addition I've tried three times now to search by brand only to have it crash each time. And then on top of that a dialogue pops up asking me to rate? Reviews are in: it was useless thanks
