Love the website, hate the app

I love having access to various niche brands that are hard to find elsewhere. Service is great and I love the ability to cancel orders if needed.
However, the app itself crashes constantly. This made it very difficult to place a single order despite having the latest iOS update.

I’m trying to find something to help me find a hair style I want. This popped up and there it said it does hair styles. It does not.
