It says it this app does..
I’m trying to find something to help me find a hair style I want. This popped up and there it said it does hair styles. It does not.
Difficult
This app is so difficult to navigate and searching for something is a pain.
Would like to love it
I’d love to use this app but it will not let me get past the shipping info. There is something wrong. It’s frustrating—just use Sephora with Klarna—it’s very easy.
Buffering
This app is trash it keeps erasing my wishlists that I added and it takes forever to load!
Wouldn’t let me sign in
Kept telling me I needed to create a password and giving me an error. I already have a password. App is also generally not very well set up and basic. I’ll stick to website
App crashes
The app is beautiful and I have no issues when placing orders which is amazing. However, when I go to look at swatches or other images of the products my app crashes and I have to go back to that page. That is a hassle and an annoyance. Also, I’d like to see a search button added for the app
Very glitchy, no option to report bugs
This app is a total let down. Every time I click on a picture the app closes. There is no way to report this bug. This is very basic stuff. Please update this app to be less glitchy and let your users REPORT BUGS.
Old version great, updated version terrible
This app used to work perfectly until they decided to “upgrade” it. I’ve used it several times to make purchases. However, now there is no search bar. Also if you try to zoom in on a photo the app closes. Honestly I would be scared to use this app to make any purchases right now. It desperately needs debugging.

Crashes Continuously
I was hoping the app would be a nicer shopping experience than your website and maybe it is, but I can’t tell because I can’t browse or check out with it crashing. I guess it’s back to your unappealing and clunky website.

Love Beautylish but not the app!
I love Beautylish, but their app is horrible. There’s no search feature to type what you’re looking for, no access to your wishlist. I much prefer using my phone browser to access their site and make my purchases. Bummer!
Need Some Fixing
Love Beautylish, but this app is just not good. It takes forever to load, especially when I’m logging in & putting a product on my cart. I use my phone to access most of my shopping accounts so it’s very inconvenient for me to switch platforms (I have to order via computer which I don’t have access to). I rather use another app for another company, because it’s faster and doesn’t give me a hard time to just do simple task.

Please fix it
I always prefer to use an app when shopping but this app is horrible to work with. No wish list option like online and its difficult to scroll and check colour options of the same product :-(
My experience
By far the worst customer service I have ever received, staff are more interested in threatening you with having your account cancelled then actually providing assistance or listening to a customer concerns. Attempting to relay this back to them resulted in my response being ignored. Avoid this company at all costs, definitely will NOT be placing an order through them again.

Amazing brands!
I go to Beautylish whenever I’m looking for inspiration. Sometimes the same old app can get boring, so what I love about Beautylish is the range of brands, and the honest reviews from people who have truly tried the product. I can find brands here that are fun, new, different and vary widely in price range. The owner, Nils, writes you personally at times, and the shipping is super fast!!

This app will not let me checkout.. I can’t get past the shipping address part, it just loads and loads. I’ve tried for over a week. I have updated the app, I have deleted it and re-downloaded it.. nothing works. I wanted to use this app because I heard it’s very fast shipping and I wanted the blood sugar palette before Thanksgiving next week :( I’ve never ordered from here before, recently started trying and have never been able to make a purchase so not good first impressions. Guess I’ll just order from Jeffree’s site and wait the longer shipping time and delete this app..

Fix it?
Anytime I pick a product, I can’t choose a shade/colour for the product. It only shows the default image, for foundation matching this is very frustrating. I want to use this site but I’m getting very annoyed that this issue hasn’t been dealt with, and I’m about to delete it.
