Clearly your best ally in the food intro journey for your baby. This can be a very overwhelming & intimidating world especially when you don’t cook yourself. So I found this app to be my North Star !
Best resource for starting solids with baby
It can be very overwhelming finding a good resource for what to feed my baby and how. This app is amazing for simplifying starting solids with my baby and has amazing recipes with solid advice on what to feed.
It also has food tracking and allergen tracking which is amazing! I find some resources to be too rigid but the app makes it easy and pressure free for what I’m feeding my baby. I’m so happy I found this app!

Baby weaning with a French touch
Not a big cook so this app is helping me figure out what to serve my 6mo old, how to prepare it, and gives me an easy way to track the foods we’ve tried, liked, etc. Some awesome / easy recipes we’ve tried too (especially liked the banana flaxseed puree idea).
They seem newer as a company and I like how everything is designed, I really appreciate their philosophy. Would recommend to parents who want a credible but less opinionated way to introduce new foods to their baby.
