Impossible to cancel subscription
Impossible to cancel subscription. It will take you through many steps and none of it works. It will give you a cheaper price but still force charge you and doesn’t provide cancellation. If you want pregnancy info, use Ovia or Bump, easy to use and no hassle like this.
Not worth it - hard to cancel
Not worth $90. When I went to cancel in the app, I was forced to answer a questionnaire and the final question is a discounted subscription. When I declined, the app pulled up my Apple Pay for a discounted subscription . There was kk way to cancel in the app and support did not respond. I had to cancel via the Apple Subscriptions - thank goodness my account was connected. Feels scammy. 0/10 would recommend

Used for years. Now broken.
I’ve used this app for years to track my cycle. Or suddenly broke last week. I can’t open any of my days or add any symptoms which is really frustrating because I am doing IVF this week. Now I’m going to have to find a new app…
SCAM
Was under the impression that I was getting a free trial to try out the app. It was cancelled right after the app was downloaded so I didn’t have to track how long the FREE trial was until I can cancel it or keep it. I ended up getting charged 30+ dollars. The founder of the app sent an email also confirming it was a free trial and they will not refund me. I’m very disgusted by this!

Scam
I canceled my subscription before the trial ended and yet I was still charged? There is no way to contact them. I tried their chat box but it’s not working. I request a refund and don’t try this app!
