Support team
Response from developer
We’re sorry you had such a frustrating experience trying to reach us. You can contact our support team directly at [support@may.app](mailto:support@may.app). We also take your feedback seriously: our contact options should be easy to find, especially when you need help. We’re working to make access to support clearer and more straightforward.
Not helpful for pregnancy
Response from developer
We’re sorry to hear that May didn’t meet your expectations. We put a lot of work into providing reliable, stage-specific information throughout pregnancy, so it’s disappointing to know that the content and navigation didn’t feel useful or intuitive to you. We’re glad you enjoyed the 3D experience, and we truly appreciate your feedback on the rest of the app. Comments like yours help us identify where we still need to improve the overall experience and the value we provide.
No technical support for app bugs
Response from developer
We’re very sorry about this — especially since Explore and article search were one of the main reasons you subscribed. We completely understand how frustrating it is to pay for the app and then be unable to use an important feature despite already trying all the usual troubleshooting steps. Please email us directly at [support@may.app](mailto:support@may.app) and mention that you’re following up on this App Store review. Our team will make sure your issue is looked into as a priority. We’re also sorry that it was so difficult to find a way to contact us. That is clearly something we need to improve. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Extremely frustrating
Response from developer
We’re sorry the onboarding experience left you feeling this way. The information we ask for is used to personalize May’s content and recommendations to your stage of pregnancy or your child’s age, but we understand that the process can feel too long and restrictive. May includes free content and features, while some services require a subscription. We agree that this should be completely clear before users invest time in setting up their account, and your feedback on this is very valuable to us. We’re continuously working to make the onboarding simpler and the different access levels more transparent. Thank you for sharing your experience.
No free trial
Response from developer
We’re sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. May does offer a 7-day free trial, but we also occasionally offer a discounted annual plan that does not include a free trial. This is indicated on the App Store subscription screen before the purchase is confirmed. Because App Store subscriptions and payments are processed directly by Apple, we unfortunately cannot issue refunds ourselves. That said, we’re sorry if our support response made you feel dismissed — we always want to make the different subscription options as clear as possible and help our users understand what happened.
