Charged for Free Trial

I tried to sign up for the 7 day free trial and got charged the entire year price! There’s so many baby apps that I wanted to test a few out, and actually decided that I like a different one better, but they immediately charged me for the year price. The app store will not refund me either. Definitely needed that money for the upcoming baby. Save your money- use the app Preggers. Fraction of the price and better info. Plus they actually gave the free trial.

Impossible to cancel subscription

Impossible to cancel subscription. It will take you through many steps and none of it works. It will give you a cheaper price but still force charge you and doesn’t provide cancellation. If you want pregnancy info, use Ovia or Bump, easy to use and no hassle like this.

Not worth it - hard to cancel

Not worth $90. When I went to cancel in the app, I was forced to answer a questionnaire and the final question is a discounted subscription. When I declined, the app pulled up my Apple Pay for a discounted subscription . There was kk way to cancel in the app and support did not respond. I had to cancel via the Apple Subscriptions - thank goodness my account was connected. Feels scammy. 0/10 would recommend

Used for years. Now broken.

I’ve used this app for years to track my cycle. Or suddenly broke last week. I can’t open any of my days or add any symptoms which is really frustrating because I am doing IVF this week. Now I’m going to have to find a new app…

Was under the impression that I was getting a free trial to try out the app. It was cancelled right after the app was downloaded so I didn’t have to track how long the FREE trial was until I can cancel it or keep it. I ended up getting charged 30+ dollars. The founder of the app sent an email also confirming it was a free trial and they will not refund me. I’m very disgusted by this!

To clarify, canceling a subscription immediately after starting a free trial does not cancel the trial itself—it simply prevents it from renewing into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. If a charge was made, it means that, according to Apple's billing system, the subscription was still active when the trial ended. I canceled my subscription before the trial ended and yet I was still charged? There is no way to contact them. I tried their chat box but it’s not working. I request a refund and don’t try this app!

Meilleure app ever

Qui n’a jamais souhaité d’avoir un professionnel de santé disponible 24 heures sur 24. Sept jours sur sept ? C’est pourtant simple cette application l’a fait. Toute question trouve sa réponse dans cette application. Au moindre doute, plus besoin de s’inquiéter pendant plusieurs heures avant d’avoir une réponse lorsque votre cas est un peu particulier, il suffit d’attendre quelques minutes pour qu’un professionnel de santé vous réponde, comme ça on évite de s’inquiéter et on passe une grossesse sereine

Was loving this app as a first time mom…. But last update yall deleted my profile, so I lost all my tracking, all my photos, all my tips, ect. I’m so no happy about this. Hopefully you guys figure it out, because I’m sure other moms aren’t happy either.

Une pépite

Je consulte May tous les jours depuis ma grossesse, et maintenant pour mon bébé notamment avec le suivi quotidien. Les articles et la messagerie m’ont beaucoup aidée, je chante les louanges de May à qui veut les entendre. Un grand merci pour votre travail exceptionnel pour nous accompagner dans le chemin de la parentalité !
Une petite suggestion : j’aimerais beaucoup pouvoir accéder au suivi quotidien de mon bébé (couches, tétées, calendrier) en hors ligne, étant parfois en zone blanche.

Cette application est un banger, surtout avec l’abonnement premium.

J’étais frileuse à cause du prix de l’abonnement, mais je me suis lancée suite à l’activation d’une promo. Franchement je n’ai aucun regret. Déjà les outils de suivi pour le bébé sont tops, super pratiques. Et surtout, quel soulagement de pouvoir solliciter des pro ! Ça nous a tellement aidé dans les premières semaines avec bébé. On a été à chaque fois écouté et accompagné. Cette application et la communauté de pro derrière est au top. Vu la qualité, je regrette juste de ne pas l’avoir activée pendant ma grossesse.

Indispensable grossesse

Grande qualité de contenu. Les informations sont données par des professionnels de santé et sont donc validées scientifiquement (c’est quand même mieux que l’avis de Mamie Jeannine ou de certains comptes Instagram un peu douteux).
Les nombreuses thématiques sont traitées avec clarté. Il y a même une rubrique podcast.
