Very disappointing

I’ve ordered the biotin hair health gummies after watching the hype on instagram and the order is not delivered yet the date the said was 8th of June 9PM now it’s 11 th still it’s not delivered and the customer service is so bad they did f even bother to resolve the problem and still I didn’t got my order now the app is saying that tomorrow is the delivery date but it’s been like this for 3 days. Every day they show in the app the very next day is the delivery date but nothing comes. Very disappointing .

One of the worst experience with the order. It’s been a week till now I haven’t received my product. Every next day they are updating the tracker about delay and if I want to cancel my product because of their delay to delivery that shows chancel charge will be approx 60 rupees. I really don’t understand because of their bad service we can’t even cancel the product and if we do they also I will found my loss of 60 rupees. It’s not the matter of 60 rupees. It’s all about bad service, delay to delivery the product, testing the customer’s patience for their own product which they have paid.

Worst checkout experience

Here's a polished version that keeps the frustration and sarcasm intact while making it easier to follow:

I don't think I've had a worse checkout experience in years.

First, they try to lure you in with a "Get ₹1,725 by adding ₹1,500" offer. Naturally, I assumed I'd be getting my ₹1,960 order for ₹1,500. Instead, I discover they're just adding ₹1,725 to a wallet balance. What?

Then I realize I still have to pay another ₹231 on top via GPay. At that point, I'm already annoyed because I had a 20% off coupon that brought the order value down to around ₹1,560. So why would I jump through all these hoops for a worse deal?

Despite the frustration, I go ahead and pay the ₹231 anyway. The payment screen tells me the transaction was declined by the bank, but the money gets debited from my account. Perfect.

Then, one minute later, I receive a notification saying the order has been placed successfully.

Confusing offers, misleading savings, failed payment messages, money debited anyway, and a delayed order confirmation—I'm genuinely impressed that a leading brand in 2026 could make the checkout experience this bad.

Overall, please stop trying to confuse customers with clever pricing tricks and wallet gimmicks. Instant uninstall. I may still buy the product in the future if I like it, but I'll probably use the website instead.

Very bad customer service

I ordered 3 product from their app, and they said i will get in the next day. Yesterday they did not even inform me, but i called them and asked about the delivery, they said it has reached banglore ,but will be delayed, i will get it today. I was waiting for it for the whole day, now when i checked, they are saying it will be delayed for one more day. And this is not happening the first time. Before also i ordereda single product.. these people without even informing me cancelled and returned the product, saying tht”i was not available “. For god sakeee.. get me my product if someone sees this message

Roll on on the feet

Started applying the roll on feet since 3 days it’s actually a good comfortable way to put lotion on place most neglected and easy application makes it easier to use it 2-3 times a day thank you so much 😊

Odour & pigmentation

I started with underarm roll-on and it's just amazing if I got to say in one word. I have been using it since 2 months and I am more than happy with the results. It's really effective and I would recommend it. Recently I have purchased foot roll-on and moisturiser and I am able to see the difference already. I am pretty sure, the results will be the best😊.
