Stopped working
This app used to be great, now it’s constant timeout errors. Tried updating, reinstalling, etc. and it still doesn’t work.

Logging out issues
The app is nice to have but it keeps logging me out whenever I switch from wifi to cellular. Total pain having to loggin constantly. Please fix that it’s getting really old.

Lots of room for improvement
This app is very slow and sluggish to use, it is not very intuitive, if you go back to Home Screen you have to reload the account witch is extremely annoying. The search feature is horrible. Just give one search bar so I can type in account # or address or business name, why is there a separate search for everyone of those? The worst thing about the app is the inability to get a proper report of signals, there should be an option to get a proper list of signals on a report for a particular day, week or month instead of having to endlessly scroll to find out what signals were sent on a particular day. Another major issue is when you select an account it displays the list of zones, when you put the account on test you can no longer view the list of zones it just displays that all zones are on test, this is not good. The only thing that is good about this app is that it is free.

Zonelist disappears
Would be nice if once an account is ‘on test’ the technicians can more easily access the zonelist.
Once on test the list of all points disappears, have to go into 4-5 menu options to see it at that point

I would like to see a detailed daily, weekly, monthly report but dont see this as on option. As a dealer, this is something i used often on out old app

So I use that app a lot from day to day from testing out new systems to putting single points on test until business ours to be more cost efficient. So can zones be input and updated to the account through the app???? If so how
Can’t find new customers
If the office creates a customer so I can activate them in the field, I can’t find them through the app, which makes this app almost pointless for me.
