Push Notifications

It has been at least 6 months since I have had this issue. I receive push notifications, but there is no sound with them. My ringer is on, notifications are on, I have tried restarting my device, disconnecting from the panel, and deleting and redownloading, but still receive no sound. I know multiple people with this issue and they all have Apple devices. Android users seem to not be affected

Response from developer

Hello Allen, Sorry that we did not get back sooner. The sound for Push Notifications on iOS were updated in the last week. It was the backend infrastructure that needed some changed, which is hosted by a third party. We are working to move this into our control in the next few months and will have more improvements then. Watch for those updates when they come out.

Getting ZERO Notifications

App was better before. Had an issue on old iPhone 11 Pro Max where it wouldn’t log in after new app. Was about to purchase a new phone and after it didn’t do it any more. Does sound like that was fixed but now I am getting ZERO notifications. Everything on app and settings on phone shows it is set up to receive notifications but nothing. New iPhone 17 Pro Max.

Response from developer

Hello Chris, Notifications should be working fine, also Sound on iOS Notifications was recently updated in the cloud in the last week. If there are no Notifications, please select the Panel that you want them from, select the Notification Filters and toggle them Off, if they show On, save them, and then go back and toggle them On and save. If they are On, it should be that the account is not clear and if the device has been changed, the Notifications are linked to the Device ID, not the login. This is how the current Push system works.

About to give up on Bosch

This app and backend is ridiculous. Bosch has great panels but has failed miserably at a cloud platform to manage them. I no longer receive push notifications as of a week ago. This is random and goes for both me and my coworkers.

Response from developer

Hello TJP240, Please let us know if they are not working. Note that it is linked to the Device, not the login. Be sure to check the Notification Filters for the Panel on that Device. Is they show On, toggle them Off, save, and then back On and save. They should work fine. Also note that Sound Notifications are now working as of a week or so ago. The third-party service that provides that was updated.

This app is nothing but issues. Zero Stars.

Ever since I started using this app to access alarms it’s been one bloody headache after another. The features and connectivity are trash, and non of the problems ever seem to get fixed.

Response from developer

Hello AppUser1371, We would be interesting in talking with you about what the problems are. You can reach our support, or if you have an Installing Dealer, have them contact us to arrange a call to gather more information.

Zero Stars if possible

If I could give this app negative stars - I would.
I’ve tried deleting it
and reinstalling it NUMEROUS times.
Nothing works! This has been going on for more than two months. Why am I paying for a that doesn’t work?!

I tried contacting my alarm company… even they could not help me.
