Worst APP ever!!
Not quite there yet
While some of the earlier issues with this app have been resolved, others have not and new ones have cropped up. For me, I haven't got a notification from this app in months even though I have them turned on. Connecting to the panel can be show too.
Horrible app
The Bosch app was awaful, but RSM is even worse. Notifications don’t work even after resetting it. The app crashes, it is not intuitive, etc. Get to work and improve it. Otherwise, people like myself will switch to other panels.
Terrible
This is is not great at all. It constantly kicks you out, doesn’t allow you to log in without having to fully delete the app then download it again- I’ve had to do that 3x in the past two days. There are Many other issues, but I feel like those are on the Security provider side of things. It’s worth replacing the keypads (that we just replaced) to get a far better app.

Push Notifications
It has been at least 6 months since I have had this issue. I receive push notifications, but there is no sound with them. My ringer is on, notifications are on, I have tried restarting my device, disconnecting from the panel, and deleting and redownloading, but still receive no sound. I know multiple people with this issue and they all have Apple devices. Android users seem to not be affected
