I love my Bedford Bank App! However, I do miss being able to chat in person with some of my most favorite ladies at Lagrange Bedford Bank Branch! Awesome customer service is always provided, along with Bart who is such a nice gentleman and hard worker! Thank you Bedford Bank! Y’all are rockstars!!
Garbage.
It’s near the end of 2018.... why is Apple Pay not a feature with your services? Everything about this bank is outdated. You can’t deposit cash after hours at their locations. The app never displays the real time of your transactions. I always feel the need to call and check because I’m worried that the information displayed is not correct, which has been the case many times! I wouldn’t recommend their app or any of their services. Stay away from Bedford Bank!
