Pairing Issues
I have had my BedJet 2 for many years, and I love it. Recently, every time I hit the pair button in the app, it closes immediately and will not allow me to pair. I have reloaded the app many times and restarted my phone to no avail. Please tell me how to fix this issue. Thank you
Worst app
Disconnects constantly…if you’re lucky enough to even get the damn thing connected in the first place! For what you spend on the unit, you would think they would get with the times and have an app that actually functions properly.
Bricked Since updating to iPhone 17
The app auto shuts down when I try to connect to Bluetooth, but your new app says I have to use this old app. Now my bedjet is completely bricked. So frustrated.
Frozen
I’ve had a BedJet for over 5 years and I love the product, but the app stinks!!! I never know if it’s going to work or not! I’ll be almost asleep and then it’ll start to freeze me out. I have to get up out of bed and unplug the machine and reset & reconnect from under the bed. I’m so sick of it!!! The BedJet isn’t cheap and the app should be more reliable. I’m back to using my old reliable $25 electric blanket.

Doesn’t detect
I can connect with BedJet 3 app but it’s not detected with this app. Having issues with the BedJet 3 app so I was hoping this app would be a better alternative

2025: This is the old app, go download the new Bedjet 3 Smart Remote app. Setup will be seamless.
Works great
I see all these bad reviews about the app remote and mine works great. I even deleted and reinstalled the app to see if it would malfunction and it didn’t malfunction. The BedJet is beyond its time. I love this thing. Having hot air blow at your feet during winter time is epic. I get chills just thinking about it. I ended up buying two of them.

Missing auto shutoff timer

I just switched from Android to an iPhone. Android devices can use the most modern BedJet app to control our V2s, including the customizable auto shutoff timer option.
I recently switched to an iPhone and the only app that works with our V2s is the old one that looks literally like the remote, and it appears that the app has not been updated in 7 years? It’s also slower to connect to the BedJet even when I am in the same room with it.
Can the V2’s either get integrated into the newest app, or can you give this older “remote app” a refresh to include the auto shutoff timer function?

Desperately needs an update ( please )
app works great , but needs an update to support new screen sizes, also Siri/automation would be highly appreciated.

BedJet I can’t live without. App is OK. Physical remotes are total garbage. Had to replace the original after a year and the replacement lasted maybe 6 months.
I couldn’t live with it
Such a godsend for my aching legs. Thank you for the app, as my regular remote is lost. My life has been improved by such a degree you couldn’t even imagine. Couldn’t have made it through these last months without it. IF YOU DONT CONNECT CLOSE AND RESTART IT. This fixed any issue I had initially.
Love our bedjet
This is one of the items in our house that if it ever breaks we will immediately order another. We have V2 and have used it for about 5 or 6 years now I think. We mainly use turbo as we go to bed and maybe once in the morning if one of us gets out of bed first they'll turn on turbo for the other. The cooling is nice in the summer especially for an afternoon nap, our room gets hot from direct sun.

They won’t update the app
Every time I hit pair bed jet the app closes. Doesn’t look like they’ve updated the app in years. So, as a result. I can’t use the BedJet. What a joke.
Great product, garbage app
I tell everyone I know how much I love the bed jet. It’s the greatest thing in my life. But the app is absolute trash. It’s beyond infuriating. You’d think there would be an update they could push to fix Bluetooth connection issues, but no. That would be too easy. Instead they just recommend you buy the new device.

Promised app update NEVER arrived
BedJet hardware is good, but software is terrible. Company promised an update for years; it never came. It’s sad that the BedJet team is skimping on software design budget; this cheapens the entire experience and makes me hesitate to recommend BedJet to friends. The BedJet 3’s companion app looks hardly any better.

Decent product. World’s suckiest app
So the set up was cumbersome and difficult. Everything seems written by non-professionals. But I managed and everything eventually worked. Until suddenly it didn’t. It his app is now completely useless. The BedJet product itself is nice. I enjoy what it does but using this app is hopeless. I get kicked out immediately when I try to pair via Bluetooth.

Great til it wasn’t
App started crashing two weeks ago, and now won’t work at all. No, BedJet. I will not buy a new unit (v3) because you won’t update v2 app.
Worked until it didn’t
This app worked exceeding well until the latest IOS update. Now it crashes when I attempt to pair it with the BedJet.
