What's New in Bedrock Inspection Software
1.1.1
July 3, 2026
New features - Start faster with ready-made templates. New accounts now come with a full set of inspection templates for different property types, ready to use right away. - Section checklists. Pull up a checklist in any section to track your work as you inspect. It's just for you and won't show on the report. - Smarter room sections. Templates now set up the right number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens based on the property. - Auto-filled component summaries (Capital Items). When you note a major component during Auto-fill, like asphalt shingles on a roof or the type of water heater, the report adds a ready-made summary for it. That includes its typical lifespan, maintenance tips, and a recommendation when it's near the end of its life. Every summary stays editable before you send. - Inspector and Realtor photos. Add and crop photos for the inspector and Realtor right in the report editor. - Delete archived inspections. Permanently remove archived inspections from your account, with a confirmation first. Works offline too. Improvements and fixes: - A refreshed report cover with the inspector's license, weather, and larger photos, plus a redesigned dashboard with property photos and correct inspection dates. - Cleaner auto-fill wording, with a tidier "Concise" option. - Fixed duplicate photos and flicker when editing defect photos. - Fixed the realtor photo button being blocked during setup. - No more accidental keyboard pop-ups while scrolling through fields. - Clearer section editing, a quick-clear button on field notes, and consistent attribute ordering on reports.
