Terrible performance
Very glitchy and slow and missing critical info required, do not recommend at all.
Poor upgrade
I wish I didn’t download this version. The old one worked and This one crashes constantly.
Unreliable
After years of promising a massive upgrade on their mobile 3 app, it’s been nothing but a disappointment and let down. They’ve had several updates over the last couple of weeks since the launch, it is currently unusable, will not sync work orders to even start the inspection, and IF a you are able to get to that, the push sync fails every time, so you have to upload all of your photos on the back end and sort it out one at a time.

Software awful
I concur completely with all of the latest negative reviews in regards to the new update/new software. Carson Dunlop/horizon get these issues fixed before inspectors start to look elsewhere for new software. I have been a customer for 12+ years, this is the worst Your program/app has ever worked.
Terrible.
Poorly designed. Not tested. So many glitches and issues and freezing problems. Just an awful app.
