I get it, it’s just like true nyc gypsy cab service they don’t want you paying with a card but that’s the only downside. You guys should work on fixing that and you would be better than uber & Lyft. So 3 stars until you do.
Can’t add card for payment
I cannot add a card for payment so I have to make sure I have cash on hand. Seems to be a general app issue as others I know have the same obstacle. I haven’t had a problem getting a car but I will say most of the cars are old and run down. The drivers would likely have low reviews on other apps. Prices are good in comparison to uber/lyft but be prepared to feel every bump and pothole

They are a blessing and a problem all in one. It just recently became an issue. The app and dispatcher been having issues with ride orders. And it’s been the reason that I’ve been very late to event or places I have to go I planned hours ahead for. I’m a loyal customer but I’m gonna have to change that

Prices don’t match, the will charge you more then what says in the app
The prices don’t match. The app says $47 and the taxi charges completely different price . He charged me $57 .!
Needs improvement
App is inconsistent. Some drivers pull up in cars not matching the license plate on the app. Some of them have phones that accept calls. Sometimes they will text you that a car is a few minutes away sometimes they don’t.

I was tryna get somewhere but I couldn’t because I didn’t know you had to make a account then after I try that the screen keeps getting sent to a 404 error code then I have no help tryna fix it smh
Needs improvements
This app is convenient but it needs major improvements. I would have cab drivers call me and receive text messages about a driver is on the way and I had never ordered a cab. The app wouldn’t even be open and they would call me telling me they are outside and it would be a different address as well. It’s freaking weird!!!

This car service is terrible. I had several rides booked with people calling my phone 1 o'clock in the morning for a taxi that I did not request. Drivers called me multiple times while I'm trying to sleep. What is going on here?

The drivers keep driving off on me and my friends because I’m guessing it’s our appearance what makes them feel like we are harm towards them. We are just young black men that wear sweatsuits and covid masks because we are traumatized from covid.

I have been riding with bee bee for a wild now but this morning this rude arrogant driver was calling me all types of names ! Told me to get out while he was driving! I keep calling beee bee no response 😭 this is ridiculous horrible driver ! Need action taken
