Terrible

What is the point of having the app if it consistently glitches? You put in your CC info, it “charges” you an amount to verify and when you request the ride -it keeps closing out, tells you it cannot access pricing and consistently changes the seating. No big deal, right -just call the base ONLY to have no1 pick up and be on hold for over 20 minutes!!! How are you offering “top tier service” in the aftermath of a winter storm and your services not working!!! Do BETTER!!!

Fare went up

I love best deals. I started to take cabs a month ago from work and it was $11. It is now $14.30 . Why ? I hate to change Cab companies, but I’m gonna have to unless somebody and tells me it was $11. I only take the cabs on Saturday and Sunday. You need to keep your company happy with the same price if you’re gonna they need a bit of a warning but not by $3.30 . Please this is crazy
