What is the point of having the app if it consistently glitches? You put in your CC info, it “charges” you an amount to verify and when you request the ride -it keeps closing out, tells you it cannot access pricing and consistently changes the seating. No big deal, right -just call the base ONLY to have no1 pick up and be on hold for over 20 minutes!!! How are you offering “top tier service” in the aftermath of a winter storm and your services not working!!! Do BETTER!!!

Fare went up
I love best deals. I started to take cabs a month ago from work and it was $11. It is now $14.30 . Why ? I hate to change Cab companies, but I’m gonna have to unless somebody and tells me it was $11. I only take the cabs on Saturday and Sunday. You need to keep your company happy with the same price if you’re gonna they need a bit of a warning but not by $3.30 . Please this is crazy

The drivers always cancel the fare. It took me one hour to find a driver and they canceled it before picking me up.
Can’t cancel rides
When the ride is going to take too long I want to be able to cancel it so the driver doesn’t waste their time driving all the way to the place. That happened to today and when I explained to the driver that I tried to cancel because I went with a different cab service, he hung up on me. Very rude. We should be able to cancel at any time like every other car service app

I use the service all the time when a cab ride is needed. Weeks ago I entered my credit card information, I still end up paying cash as the card app is not working correctly. I had it set as a default payment method, and still I have no luck ????

I ordered a cab waited outside for 20 min never sent the cab and now they don’t wanna send me my money I will be filing a law suit.

The Prices Are Cheaper, But No Service
The prices are definitely cheaper than Uber and Lyft. However, I’ve tried to request a car twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. I didn’t get a car on both occasions.

Literally called a cab twice from this car company and the driver are arrogant and rude 145&444 as well as them acting as if someone is bothering them and forcing them to be a taxi driver
