Usually Good but crashing
So my spouse and I have connected accounts and recently it has been crashing where trying move funds or change accounts
Latest update broke iPad support
Used to be decent, but since the latest update, logging in with an iPad results in a big white screen. Deleting and reinstalling results in the same issue.
Pretty good!
Does everything I need it to! There has been a bug lately that when I go to send a verification to my phone number to access Zelle, it sends the security code twice, and it becomes a bit of a hassle to figure out when I’m receiving the correct code.
Terrible App
This app is genuinely so bad. There have been countless times I have needed to access my bank information and the app just sits “loading” and never lets me in. This is not because my info is wrong but because the app doesn’t work. I am switching banks because of it!
Pretty good but fix the oversight
The app does its job and has a nice interface but there is one annoying oversight. There is a “courtesy” message that you see when you open the app that after leaving it for a while that your session has timed out. So, instead of seamlessly logging you in using FaceID, you are forced to hit a button to acknowledge that the last session timed out. Isn’t that a given? Of course you’ve ruined out. Just log me back in without that delay.

Needs a major update
This app functions like it was made 15 years ago. Tons of bugs, randomly crashes, and often does not open at all. It’s time for an update. Other credit unions have very user friendly apps, and most people do the majority of their banking online, please do an overhaul so you don’t lose members!
Useless
Used to work great, but in the last 6 months it has been getting slower and slower to the point where 90% of the time we can’t even get into the app. It just keeps loading or eventually times out. We will be leaving Beehive if this isn’t fixed. It’s 2024, McDonald’s has an app that runs better. Get with the times.

Doesn’t always work
The app is often down when I need to use it. Sometimes when I’m trying to deposit a check I get “Sorry this service is temporarily unavailable”
Zelle
I go to my account where your supposed to be able to send & receive money. Well I can’t receive money on Zelle WHY!!! This is ridiculous. My daughter sent me money on Zelle and I don’t have the option to be able to receive it. This is not right!’n
Love Beehive; Mobile Deposit 👎🏻
Love Beehive and love that there is an app, but the mobile deposit needs to be revamped. A few days ago, it took me 5 tries to get one check deposited. I wouldn’t even use the app, but we live too far from a Beehive location to make all of our deposits.
Nice App
Has everything I need. I check my accounts regularly to keep on top of my finances. I love the billpay feature. All around impressed with the app.

MOBILE DEPOSIT IS GARBAGE
Basically what it says above. Most of the app is good but the mobile deposit is the most finicky, frustrating mobile deposit experience I’ve had. I’ve been with Beehive for 15 years and love the institution, but this feature alone gives me cause to start looking elsewhere.
Overall, okay
The majority of the App is good, but the mobile deposit is disfunctional at best. I've tried several times and give it the best possible chance of success and still fails. Otherwise, the app is good.
Mobile deposit is straight crap
You guys do not realize how many times I’ve had to retake pictures of one. Stupid. Check.
Absolutely Horrible
The only reason it has 1 is because I can’t give it 0! This app rarely works. Never loads! And always at the worst times. I’m incredibly sick of not having access to my account 24/7, as you should with a mobile app!!
The new update
I have used this app for a while now! Then they did an update and I can never get it open!
Slowww
Outgoing transactions show up days later and mobile deposits are a joke. It takes hours to “accept” the pictures of your check wnd approve them and days to actually show your full check in your account.
Banking app
This app is awesome it makes banking easy and convenient.
Nice app, but...
This app has everything you need to do online banking. However, the mobile deposit feature is spotty. And, I end up going in to my local branch to deposit my check.
