I have been banking with GTFCU for 5 years and I use the app. Always and I mean ALWAYS it’s down then I need to use it the most.
Can’t use Face ID to open
Not sure why I can’t login to my bank with face recognition anymore. I shouldn’t get errors when the app and phone are up to date. Latest update worked great for 1 maybe 2 months. Back to entering my data every time I use app.
Fix the login!
Why even ask if I want to enable biometric login when it never works anyway.

Every since I’ve updated this app the face recognition doesn’t work. I have to login every time. That’s annoying.3/2026 same problem.
Still can’t log in with saved credentials
Still can’t log in with saved credentials. Expect to type in your username and password every time you open the app or switch back. Update: Still not fixed! They don’t care. Update several months later: Guess what? Still not fixed.
